I’ll start by saying I didn’t buy anything, but my first experience of this business was overhearing staff members go on a racist rant about how unfair it is that “African Americans get a black history month while whites don’t” on MLK remembrance day of all times. They proceeded to loudly debate over politics and spread harmful misinformation which made me uncomfortable enough to leave. People have no compassion nor professionalism anymore, especially here.

Went through breast cancer and they fitted me for 3 bras and gave me a $250 publix food card!

While making my appointment, I was asked which insurance I have and told them I have Blue Cross. I was assured that they take Blue Cross. I made the hour plus trip to get fitted for bras and breast prosthetics. As soon as I made it to the shop and started to check in, the salesperson looked at my insurance card and said, oh we don't take Blue cross of Texas. If they know that there are only certain plans/states that they can accept, then that should have been asked when making the appointment. I asked if they could try to run the insurance, and I was told that the best they could do was allow me to pay out of pocket, then they could TRY to run it through, and IF they got paid they would reimburse me. Sounds shady. They weren't even apologetic about my wasted time and gas. I found another boutique, they didn't know if it would go through, but tried and it worked. It only took five minutes to check.

Lori and Debbie both helped me. I drove down from Trenton, FL, and it was well worth the drive! I learned so much info from them it's unbelievable. I was fitted almost 2 years ago by a boutique in New Port Richey, that was a BIG mistake! They fitted me with a swimming prosthesis and I didn't know any better. So I have been wearing this heavy prosthesis for almost 2 years. Now thanks to Debbie and Lori, I have the proper prosthesis AND the proper bras to wear with it, so I shouldn't have any more problems! THANKS so much Lori & Debbie!

I would have liked them to have people who spoke Spanish. They are very kind but I felt a little lost not seeing that I was understood by them. But they are very good.opinion that they have a person who speaks Spanish
