I arrived on a Friday evening to my unit encountering a temperature of 92 degrees. I have a maintenance contract with Steve’s All American. Within 20 minutes of my phone call, the female manager returned my call & the bottom line, the technician was at my home 2 hours later & was able to remedy the situation for a short term fix. I needed a new coil & had to wait 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive (back ordered). The new equipment was installed in a timely fashion. Great service all around!

I have been calling All American Air for the past 3 months and still no response. I have emailed Erin to get information on their role in the damage to my property. I have used this company for over 25 years and been satisfied. But after their technicians incorrectly set a new thermostat, causing excessive cooling, condensation and fungal growth, and much property damage, I can no longer deal with a company that has shattered my former trust in their service. This is not service.
I realize their contract claims to absolve them from condensation and biologicals but when their technicians cannot install a new thermostat and that action leads to property damage, they bear responsibility.
This company's once excellent reputation is becoming worse.

**Buyer Beware**
It's takes a lot for me to post a review of a company, but I feel compelled to share my horrible experience with this company. First, the technician tried to overcharge me for the diagnostic fee. I was quoted over the phone for $90 but when the technician arrived and saw a young woman by herself, he thought he could throw out a different amount ($125). He was quick to change the price back to $90 when I mentioned that I was already quoted over the phone. Perhaps he knew he was caught. On top of that, the technician told me I needed a new motor which was going to cost me $2000 and it would take two weeks to even get the part. I was told I would be getting a call from the "sales team" later that day with an exact quote - which I didn't get. After getting a second opinion two weeks later, I found out that the part I need wasn't a motor, it was a simple float switch that cost $25 dollars and it was something I could do myself. I called and asked for my diagnostic fee back, which never happened. VERY disappointed. This company is a rip off. I would highly consider taking my business elsewhere.

Not a very ethical company. Applied for the job, interviewed, the general manager Aaron said she would definitely find a place for me in the company and would follow up in a week. A month and six voicemails later I finally get a hold of her assistant to tell me they retracted the offer. No follow up nothing couldn’t even get a call back. Pretty low if you ask me.

I just had a new Lennox 3.0 ton HVAC system installed by All American Air. The two AC Technicians, Chris and Griffin, were professional, punctual, efficient (finished the install within 15 minutes of their original projection-began promptly as scheduled at 8: 00 am and completed the job by 2: 15 pm). They were very mannerly (replaced items which had to be moved for the install and swept and cleaned their work area when finished), and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the new system. They stayed until they were satisfied that everything was working properly and I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Steve Chapman’s All American Air for fair prices, professional, friendly staff, excellent products, and efficient attention to detail in all aspects of their service.

This is probably a great business, but one of the techs has taken personal pictures on his phone of customers' houses and put them on his personal social media, most likely without the customers permission. I find it u professional of the tech to do that, and also very unprofessional that he told his girlfriend to apply for an office job there. She lied to the office manager and is dating one of the techs. I find it highly uncomfortable that he has personal pictures, though, of the houses and pets of the customers.

I would advise you to look for anyone else from a service standpoint. We have a house that was built in the last two years and entered into a maintenance plan with AAA in June, in preparation of our first child. Shortly after their first appointment our unit stopped working. No cold air and no pressure coming out of any vents in our house. They came out to check, claimed it was a faulty TXV valve and it would cost $375. The part had to be ordered and their initial timeline was 20-25 days for delivery. Every day we lost the temperature in the house to 80-82 degrees. It took my wife and I both calling and asking for whatever could be done with an infant in the house. 11 days after order the part came in and they finally showed up to fix the issue. It was working for about a week and the same issue returned. Yesterday when we called to report the issue we were told they would try and send someone that day. When my wife called after 5 the only response she got was that they would try and come in the morning but for us to call them if they didn't show. Last night the house got to 81 degrees. The final straw was that when we called a new company for service their initial set of questions asked if we have had the system shut off, bc running the system that is malfunctioning could cause other issues. We unfortunately have been running our fans, at the direction of AAA, bc they said it would at least keep the house cool until someone shows up. Seriously, do not use this company. You will be sorry.

After scheduling mix up tech came later than anticipated (these things happen). By that time we had been without AC for a day and half. Tech finally came looked at unit/thermostat and stated it could be one of three things - for which he did not have the parts to repair? ! Took about 15 min.and was charged $125 (was not notified of this charge beforehand). Not bad - $125 for 15 min. I don't think Dr. 's make that? Next day called another AC Co. Within 5 min.he determined it was corroded wires. He rewired/flushed system and checked out everything else. Who do you think we will call next time?

This company is ALL a front they may look good on the outside but on the inside they do nothing but manipulate, take advantage and sweet talk there way into your homes. They nearly Caught my unit on Fire which was a HUGE scare and when confronted about it they made up multiple excuses on why it wasn’t their fault and then left it at that. I warn you! Don’t give this company your TIME or MONEY!

We have used All American Air for several years and, for the most part, the service personnel have been very good. However, they appear to be too busy to be able to meet their appointment times. They will tell you that they will put a note in the service request for "before noon" if possible, but this has turned out to be useless.

More importantly, we have a service contract for a service visit every 6 months. They are so busy that they have not met that and they do not call you to let you know that they will not make it. At this point it has been 8 1/2 months since our last service visit with no word.

Basically, they don't appear to need the business.

When we needed to replace our AC unit recently, we got bids from three great local AC companies.
All were prompt and professional and the bids were comparable.
We decided to go with Steve Chapman All American Air when they assured us the new unit would fit nicely into the existing narrow closet space, and that all work could be done promptly, before the summer season.
The installation occurred when we were out of town, and when we returned we were amazed at how quiet and efficient the new Lennox unit was, and we were especially impressed with how clean and spotless the area was. It’s as if they were never even there!
Steve, the sales contact / estimator was a pleasure to deal with, and everything was arranged and finished right on schedule, as promised. It was a real pleasure to deal with everyone at Chapman All American Air.
Thanks again guys! Great job!

Had them come out three times. Was giving conflicting information by each technician and provided conflicting pricing (which was excessively high, imho). Customer service was not ideal. The only positive was that they responded promptly to calls with same-day service. I will absolutely seek alternatives when needing heat/air services in the future.
