Explained everything we needed to know before drywall
Not knowing if we were going to use his company went out of his way by even drawing on a sheet of paper of how to prepare for security of door installation.

Now I understand why he was so highly recommended.

My experience was very bad. They didn’t succeed with the dates, they changed the door to one I don’t like and doesn’t work for me. The solution they give me doesn’t work but it does work for them, this isn’t the way to solve things. I do not agree.

Mainly I contacted this garage door company because my garage door was noisy. On the visit the technician explained the maintenance will improved the noise, but the motor was not working property. After consulting with my neighbors they all have the same issue, so I made a follow up, got my appointment the next day and this time the technician Eleicer Rodriguez helped me to move boxes in my garage and accommodate them, not only because he needed the space to work, but it was something that I had postpone many times. After one hour the job was done and my garage got organized as well. That was a done deal for me.

Fantastic service! They made an emergency visit to fix our double garage door. Our cars were stuck inside, and we were unable to get them out. They showed up promptly and were very sympathetic to our situation.
The techs they sent were courteous, clean and very professional. The price they charged us was very reasonable.

The worse company to deal with! I got 2 new garage doors installed and had multiple issues during installation and now one of the motor stopped working. I have been calling the company for service and they have been giving me the runaround for the past 4 days! Do not trust this company
