Rex and his team were fantastic and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They were very professional and prompt. I would recommend them to friends for future jobs.

Though the quality of the product is fine, the installer left my yard in a HUGE mess. It had been raining the day before so when he cleaned out the gutters he threw the debris in my yard and muddy water was slung all over the house and windows! I had JUST had my house pressure washed the week before and I had to pay someone $200 to come bag up the debris and pressure wash the house again. The installer also knocked the rain gauge off my roof and it was found several days later in the mulch. When I contacted the company with my concerns, I was told it was my fault for signing the completion agreement. I didn’t think I needed to walk around and inspect a job done by a professional company. Lesson learned! I’m new to all this since my husband recently passed away and had always taken care of maintenance issues. I feel like I was taken advantage of! The supervisor basically called me a liar, even though he had seen pictures of what my yard and house looked like before and after.
They had also told me I would be emailed a copy of the warranty within 3 days and it took 2 weeks. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!

Very positive experience, everything went really smooth. Hunter came out and gave us an estimate and explained how everything worked and addressed any questions/concerns we had. Less than a week after the estimate we have gutters. Both my wife and I were at work while they were here but you can't even tell anyone was here they left it so clean. I would definitely recommend!

Got an estimate and agreed to price. Crew no called no showed twice, then randomly showed up and said they quoted the job wrong and they couldn't do anything. I texted Hunter several times throughout the experience and he stopped texting me back after the first interaction. Avoid these guys.

Great gutter installation professionals. Arrive timely and finished within reasonable time. Walk me through the whole process before starting the job and then after when they completed. Would recommend!

Only reason not getting 4 stars is because had to ask them to come out again to fix some issues because of improper installation. That said both Joey and Terry were very responsive and stood behind their work and addressed all the concerns I have

Overall positive experience, scheduling an appointment to receive an estimate meeting, receiving detailed information during the free estimate meeting and accomplishment of gutter installation. I appreciate at each level that I was listened to, provided feedback on my desires/concerns and given recommendations. Prior to installation, I was notified upon arrival and informed of what was going to be done. Upon completion of installation, I was notified and we conducted a walk through to ensure my satisfaction and answered questions I had. I would definitely use All American Gutter Protection again!
