Eric the owner is untrustworthy. After speaking to him several times he promised to provide a missing drain extension spout for over 5 months and NEVER delivered. Don’t use this company!

Started off like champs.planning, installation etc.but to get this company to come back and do the necessary modification, repairs from the original install. IMPOSSIBLE. I've been waiting nearly 2 months to modify the original install to the planned configuration.and crickets. Install: Pretty good. Service: Ridiculous

Eric and his installation team is very professional, values clients time. They came did there job and left, you can’t even tell as in no messes left behind. BTW Omar (Installer) is a master of his craft. I am trying to get them more business. They have earned it. Do your part support local businesses specially when they are good guys.

I had All American Gutters install new gutters in my home back in May. When the job was complete we noticed that one part had to be extended to prevent future water damage by the house wall. I have called and emailed them and no one has come out to fix the issue. They couldn't even give me a time frame as to when it could be done. This company is horrible with customer service and I wish I would have never used them. I would not recommend them. I wish I could give them zero stars.

We've been waiting almost a year for them to come and fix their horribly installed gutters. We have spots that leak, corners nut sealed properly, water pooling abouve our front porch, even a crazy downspout zig zagging around an electrical outlet that they overlooked, somehow. Eric and Bert are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves.

I left a message.got a call back 2 days later. I missed the call. They never left a message or tried to recontact. AAG came recommended. Too bad. They lost a substantial job.

Had new gutters installed by All American in July. After the first rain I noticed 2 gaps where water was coming down between the house and the gutters. I called the office several times asking for someone to come and repair. I also sent pictures, texted and spoke to Eric several times, he promised to take care of it. It’s been over a month and they have not responded. I have water pouring onto my bedroom sliding door with each rainfall. This company is completely unresponsive. It’s a shame that they couldn’t find one hour to fix this problem. I would NOT recommend this company.

Excellent Service! Quick response to initial phone inquiry. Received an estimate the day after Eric walked the property. Gutters were installed quickly and seamlessly. Eric and Bert were courteous and professional, So impressed with this company.
