Absolutely great service, lovely person to talk to. Messaged one of the sales reps from Facebook marketplace and she told me the price. Yes there will be some extra fees in the first payments. It’s a dealer. If you don’t want that, buy the car outright or from a private seller. Keep your eyes peeled because the sell some gems.

Worst place in Orlando to get a vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET. They try to milk you out of your money. They charge for everything. In my 21 years of driving, I've never dealt with anything like this place here.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARS ARE LEMONS! If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. They don't even deserve the 1. I got a car from them under the pretense that it would be at least drivable. It was not. I had to take it back 3 times within the first couple weeks of getting it. They started charging me for the services. It was NEVER fixed. Over the month I had the car I couldn't even drive it out of my neighborhood without having issues. They ended up reposessing the car because I refused to pay any more money towards a car that wasn't even worth the down payment. When I tried to get my belongings out of the car, they said I had to pay for a tag for a car I don't have nor want. Altogether they want over $500 for me to get my stuff.

The sales people here are very nice and my sales person Ray Ray made sure the car I got ran perfectly fine with AC I will recommend to anyone

Very nice people went down 1900 on price and we walked away with a very nice Infiniti all the vehicles have fair prices just got to know how to negotiate I would refer people if they pay out right. Nitza was amazing and very helpful I give 5 starts to her she needs a raise and a pizza party

What more can you say this is my second car from these guys now I absolutely love this place they gave me a chance when other said NO (just make your payments on time people) and I have no regrets Ray Ray is a awesome individual thanks guys I will come here anytime I need a car.

I bought a used 2004 expedition! Was lied too saying it runs loud because the previous owner added a muffler enhancer, come too find out there is no muffler and someone also removed all 4 Cadillac converters (which by the way is illegal to sell a vehicle without all working parts) anyway I expressed all this too the manager ans asked if I could exchange the vehicle for another. She said I'd have to forfeit my current contract and put money down on another vehicle! At all cost please avoid this place! Joshua is the seller that lied too me about everything. I'm currently seeking legal advice! My goal is to shut this place down forever.

They are like a mafia that lies to you and tells you everything is going to be fine and changes your paperwork last minute before you say now in laws about getting you on the correct plans and approvals before you sign with them. Make sure you check everything and check your paperwork and don’t believe a word that comes out of their mouth about fixing Your cars after you buy them. Make sure it’s good before you sign.

If you’re buying a car here make sure you get it checked out especially with the transmission because my best friend bought a car here and not even 7months in and the transmission failed! It’s best to get it checked out before they screw you over!

Riley is the manager of this location and each time I spoke with her (twice) she has an attitude. They sell LEMON cars and only have one mechanic so you Never will get an appointment to “fix” or “diagnose the issue in a reasonable time. If the rude manager is not there you are left with incompetent associates that don’t have access to the documents needed in order to sign paperwork to give them back their lemon car.
If you are in Orange County go
To RPM motors and speak with Jen. They sell better used cars and speak with you like you are a human and with respect. They have a mechanic daily and will fix minor issues with your car for free as a courtesy if found at time of purchase. They will take you home and drop your car off to you if requested.
Do NOT go All approved Autoworks. ALL locations suck and are run poorly. Do not purchase here. You will regret it.

For what it is, it’s a good place to get a car. You’re definitely not gonna get a new car. More than likely may have some problems but these are old cheap cars. And if you’re in a bind and need to do payments and have poor credit this place is worth it. Nitza was amazing and very nice! Process was longer than I would like but I got a working car with a minor traction issue.

I came here and basically wasted my time. After I was told the car was available upon coming to location I'm told it sold yesterday to then proceed and pick another car money ready just to be told the people after us want the same car and they have a trade in like that took priority over serving the first client. Just unprofessional

Plz just go somewhere else the employees are sweet the finance department threatened me with a good time played me out a trade in o done put over 5 bands worth of repairs and they I’m so close to paying it off I always pay on time til I lost my job no understanding whatsoever but it’s cool thanks for the inside employees for being nice as far as the finance teams don’t put your attitude on to the customers acting like I’m being aggressive because I’m black no no no bye

Those people are ripping people off. Especially whenever you don’t have a clue on cars. Stay away! Stay away!

Riley is the most rude worker you delt with her 2 times and both occasions she started she was the manager and can conduct her self as she wishes in her business when all you wanted was your car to be diagnosed because it’s been giving you driving issues since you got it
