Brought our Yorkie in bleeding from his neck after another dog bit him. They made us fill out paperwork and wait. Our dog was bleeding from his NECK, he was wrapped in a blood soaked towel! Once we were seen it still was not treated like an emergency. It was a horrible experience but we did walk away with a stitched up puppy and he healed well.

Today I went through the most heart wrenching a pet owner has to face, and lost my kitty fur baby. He had passed right before arrival but the staff was so calming, thoughtful and did everything they could. I know today was horrible but they did their best to be supportive and helped me in a very difficult moment. Thank you to everyone present today who showed so much empathy in a difficult time!

Beyond Pleased. We had Dr. Benitez. She was very gentle and caring in regards to our Sasha (Rottweiler dog) who had a horrible experience at our previous vet. Doc made it about Sasha and giving her a good experience where she wouldn't be terrified. Working at Sasha pace to gain her trust. I highly recommend All Care Animal Hospital.

Great experience! The Dr answered all of our questions and concerns. This was our puppy's first visit and she felt at ease with all of the staff.

They require a lot of unnecessary things for your pets, prices are extremely high, and I did not like the pushy and rude atmosphere.

The staff and vets are kind and wonderful with Aspen. She is a rescue and is very anxious and passive-aggressive around others. Everyone at All Care are patient and understanding. I highly recommend them.

NEGLIGENCE ALERT - PENDING LEGAL ACTION - Updated 4/10/2023: A strong word of caution so you do not find yourself burdened with legal matters or carrying a heavy heart for your beloved fur-family friend, please do your research and consider ANY veterinary clinic prior to selecting All Care. Please consider ANY other living/breathing individual for surgeries or primary care before choosing Dr. McCain.

Due to the legal nature, I will disclose FULL DETAILS once I have approvals from my attorney to do so.

All Care is the best place I have taken my dog or cats in Lake County. JuJu (my pitbull) had been going to All Care from the time he was 3 months old up until his last day 7-17-22 when the doctor signed off on his death. JuJu was 14 yrs and 12 days old, he died from old age. My sister now has her cat there (for boarding) and All Care has been wonderful. They are priced reasonably and they help to find solutions to make pay for pet care/boarding easier. I have always recommended/referred people there that are needing a good/caring vet. They have always been available to answer questions 24/7 whether it's been an emergency or if I had a genuine health concern that might turn into a necessary appointment or emergency visit.

Had a great experience with All Care animal Hospital yesterday. Brought my dog in for his yearly checkup and was met with a great staff and nurse. Doctor was great with explaining his results. Very helpful on all the things he needed. I was given a great discount on his shots bloodwork etc.also my dog is pretty traumatized from last vet I had and needs to be sedated so even that was discounted. They were very understanding and gentle with him. Would definitely recommend them. I have heard bad things but I have never had any bad experience with them for past couple of years going there. Thanks to all the staff from reception to doctor!

Took my daughter's cat abby there a little over a week ago after noticing her not eating and losing weight. After giving her the battery of test for a senior cat, keeping her for 2 days giving her iv meds along with a follow up this past Friday. She had a really bad infection. I cannot thank the front staff for getting me in the same day I called due to a cancelation. I cannot thank the doctor and support staff also. I highly recommended them for all your emergency pet needs. As a bonus they offer pet boarding? You guys saved our cat and can't express our thanks enough

We needed to fly out of state tomorrow. After numerous call the day before we find out the paper work was submitted incorrectly on Wednesday. We asked to talked to the manager she was in hiding mode the whole 4 days. $344 for VIP form to the main office approval. As of today we are not sure if we need to change. Not sure why paper work wasn’t checked by management! Moving our flight will cost us more money now. Not worth even a one star at this point!

I just moved here and need to find a good vet for my two babies. I called and told the receptionist that they are up to date on vaccines and I just wanted a check up and heart worm test to make sure everything is good. She scheduled my appointment and all was well. When I asked about how much it would be for my visit so I can add it to my budget, she tells me that they do not give estimates or ranges. I basically would have to go to my appointment and just pay whatever they told me I owed! Who runs a business like that? I can see if it was an emergency, but this was scheduled three weeks out. Needless to say, I called around and made an appointment with another vet. Everything went just as expected and I was charged what they told me I would be charged.

The staff doesn't have any business sense.to be blunt they are all ignorant. They can't think out of the box. They made a big deal over something that had a simple solution.nothing but excuses

For a veterinary business (or any business) to be successful, it has to have good communication between the patients (pet owners) and the staff. While Dr McCain was very pleasant, knowledgable, and caring, the front office at times was quite weak. Our 14-year old dog had back end issues (amongst other problems), and Dr McCain recommended an ultrasound of his chest to look at his organs. We tried to schedule it without any luck. We called the clininc about 3 or 4 times to see if we could schedule, but never received a call back, so the scan never happened. There were many ocassions where we needed refills, and they were never done until we called back 2 or 3 times. If there was a strong front office person to organize the team up front, this place would be a fantastic opportunity. The biggest turn-off is the fact that one day I was in the office and heard a phone call one of the front desk staff made to a client. She told the client that because a negative review was left online, their pets were no longer welcome and they needed to find a new vet!
If you or your busines cannot use negative reviews as a tool to imp[rove, you are in trouble. One of the reviews onliune was the same scenario.
As our dog got worse, and we knew time was coming that he would not be with us much longer, we switched to Mobile Vet to Pet, so he would not have to get in the car and go to a vet for treatment. We shuld have done this a long time ago! Their communication is what every company shouild strive for. They called the day before every appointment to confirm, called the day after to do a well-check, and carried meds on their van so if we needed something, we had it in minutes and not days.
Unfortunately, this past Friday, our boy passed over the rainbow bridge and joined his old siblings. He will forever be missed.

I have nothing but great things to say of the vets, vet techs and front desk staff at All Care animal hospital. All have been so caring and helpful. I am a Snowbird from Canada with a diabetic Chihuahua and therefore always need a vet at the ready. Excellent staff! Excellent care! So happy they offer boarding services too as with a diabetic dog needing insulin injections it is not easy to find a place equipped to leave our dog.

My dog had an emergency around midnight one night and All Care Animal Hospital took him in right away, Dr Greenstein quickly diagnosed him, saving his life. It was also very comforting knowing that while he was in hospital for surgery and recovery we were able to call and check on him any time of the day or night. We will be forever grateful!
