All City Florist

If you’re smart you won’t order from this place. A flower arrangement was ordered from out of state relative to be sent to a funeral home. I can’t believe these people allowed dead flowers to be delivered in an arrangement. When the establishment was contacted they advised to send photos but it was a total waste of time as there was no follow up or care from the company what-so-ever. I guess they figure it’s an out of state order and they’ve already got the business & money so who cares. I assure you that I will warn everyone to stay away.

Wow! This shop is so nice. The flowers are so beautiful and artfully arranged. They put so much into their arrangements to make them just right. I am so happy with them.

Droopy flowers delivered to funeral home. This arrangement was ordered by an “out of towner” so I am assuming that All City Florist figured they could get away with sending junk. I did try to contact AllCity Florist by phone and an email was sent with photos. No response was received from AllCity Florist.

They are amazing, they take the time to help you and to understand what you want and how you want it they even help with the color's of flowers to use i will all ways use the for all my flowers.

In memory of my late husband, I asked All City to create a tropical arrangement that would be placed in front of the altar at my church. I was absolutely stunned as to how beautiful it turned out. A fitting tribute for my husband and I was proud to place it before the altar of our Lord. I received many compliments along with inquiries of who was the florist. Thank you All City Florist. For some reason, I cannot post a picture.

Called this morning for a floral arrangement and flowers were delivered within a couple of hours and are absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend All City Florist!

Delivery person was clueless. She first asked for me at the recipients home which caused them to lock their gate out of caution. She was continually calling my phone while I was getting ready for my wedding. She then offered to just bring them to me at Melbourne beach and then called to say that the owner said that was unacceptable that WE would expect that. I asked her to leave the flowers outside of the gate of the homeowner and she kept “educating” me in flowers and hot temps. We told her that we would notify them to grab them ASAP. I finally received confirmation that they were delivered 4 days later, however the recipient never received them. Completely dissatisfied. The driver sounded intoxicated or under the influence of something. We did have a great experience with the pick flowers that we needed last minute for our wedding although I asked for lavender and received pink

My husband ordered flowers to surprise me for our Anniversary. Many of the flowers were already dried up the day I received the $85.00 arrangement and the roses never opened. The vase was dirty and scratched. My son ordered a Mother's Day plant via FTD From Virginia which also came from All City Florist. The plant looked like it came from WalMart. Not worth the money he paid.
Needless to say, I was appreciative of the thought behind the flowers and did not make mention of the quality nor the condition.
I called the florist and left a message, however, I never received a phone call back.

The owners here are very kind and go out of their way to make sure your are staisfied. They also have the most amazing soaps and gifts in their store.

My daughter was in a play and I called to have some flowers put together. I was 5 min away and they had them ready when I walked in the door. They were so kind!

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered. For one it was nowhere near the quality that I paid for (paying for the premium bouquet and not even receiving the quality of the standard bouquet). I ordered these for Mother's Day specifically for the flowers that were in it. My order I received was barely half the flowers that were supposed to be in it. After calling, I was not greeted with the friendliest of service and who seamed to not really care about my situation and only offered to refund me $15, which barely covers delivery fee. I will not be ordering flowers from here anytime soon.
