Very rude and unprofessional rental business. They are only there to collect rent and no concern for the well being of their tenants. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Please avoid at all cost.

Any tenants looking to rent from this company just do yourself a favor and don’t. The people may seem okay at first when applying but let me tell you it’s been a horrible journey renting from them. Not one single person in this place has any manners or capable of having a civilized conversation that doesn’t end with one of them getting negatively defensive, or at least giving you a reasonable answer about any questions you might have. They will charge you late fees in the first month or so for not being able to pay through their app when your username is not working, even when you notify them the moment it happens. This is an issue only they can resolve because they register your username and info through their system. When a hurricane happens they will not work with you and refuse to pay for any damages or refund you any damages that you payed out of pocket to fix or will make the process extremely miserable and or making you feel like it’s your responsibility to fix the roof, door, screens ect. If you need any repairs done or plumbing on the house be prepared it won’t be professional. Last when you finally move out they will do everything they can to not pay your security deposit back, they will make up excuses upon excuses, one will say “oh well we don’t have any of that information saved on your account so how do we know you even payed. ” Like are you kidding me…that’s not my fault you didn’t save my information. I’m so glad I had everything saved and took pictures when I first moved in.these people only work well with the owner of the houses, tenants are garbage to them and it’s very obvious they treat us as such. This place either needs to be shut down, have an attitude adjustment or taken over by new management. End of story.

P. S.to Shaun and Jennifer this is not the name I rented under so good luck with giving a defensive repose like you do with all the other renters.

Landlords beware! Incredibly unprofessional group - horrible communication, misplaced/forgot distributions multiple times, slow to rent out units, incompetent in managing repairs, worthless online portal. Don't waste your time or money here.

In response to the owner's reply: Sean and Jennifer went on vacation immediately following the hurricane and were not available as they claim to be. I find it curious that all of the tenants you refer to told me how nonresponsive All County Medallion was and how happy they were to have us fire you and actually manage the property. You caved on your prices so quickly because you knew you were in the wrong. I also find it relevant how you respond to nearly all of your negative reviews as if they aren't in your system so they don't exist. Get your head out of the ground and do the job people hire you to do. Pathetic.

I tried to applied with this realtor I was not helped into getting the place I desired. No call back no response back I had to chase around someone to answer me. And when I did get helped on I get turned down. What a waste of $68 on an application for no good reason. No help was provided in helping me to find a place that would fit for me and my husband and son. Never again to waste my time on this company.

Went in today just to speak with someone and received a lot of information and help Sean was amazing so is all the office staff especially Mr Quinn I would totally recommend All County Medallion property management to EVERYONE

Sean and his staff has done a wonderful job managing our Cape Coral rental homes. They handles everything for us. We no longer have to deal with tenants or their problems. Sean and his staff managed our annual rental in Cape Coral for years. We never had a problem. The property was well kept, the repair cost were very reasonable and if I had a question, they answered their phone, unlike our prior property management company. I highly recommend All County Medallion Property Management!

I spent $70.23 on a nonrefundable application fee for them to tell me the location wasn't available in the first place. I suggest u make a in person view on location before paying aplication fee. They won't be getting any business from me.
