All Creatures Pet Grooming, Orlando FL

Absolutely amazing, I have not had my dog in for a formal visit, however I live on a neiboring street and my dog got out. I found my dog in good care thankfully because an amazing staff member saw her and called her over before she could go onto south street or the highway. I’m beyond thankful and if they went to such great measures for a random dog (my dog/non customer) they must go even further for their clients 10/10 recommend

I am going to these place for years, however I noticed some changes in the last year and suddenly they overcharged me an increase of 25 percent. I called and they told me some credit will be given on future bills. I am very disappointed because I did not have some bad experience before.

My new go-to groomer that’s close to home, fast and always have a great experience with them.

My dog requires getting groomed often and I know requires a lot of time to get cut: can be difficult to shave fully.
All creatures has been an incredible place to go and easily make appointments, modify appointment, call for updates etc.

The staff is always very kind and appreciative. They’re very gentle with my senior dog. I love that they also let me know if everything went okay. Prices are great and easy to do an add on for day of if needed- quick teeth cleaning etc.

I have seen that they have redone their interior but I have yet to go inside since I’ve been a new customer since covid. It looks great! I appreciate keeping the business safe during covid and creating an easy way to drop off and pick up my dog.

I definitely recommend this business.

I heard nice things and that it’s was a nice place for boarding so I decided to stop in and check it out. When I pulled in I thought I saw someone my boyfriend used to work with on market on south and I was horrified so I left. I wrote a review in haste a few days ago but I wasn’t sure it was who I thought it was. I tried again today and saw her again. I wouldn’t trust her with old garbage and never would I trust her with a pet or loved one. I feel bad for the animals and staff. Very sad!

Love it. Great service for clients and pets. They are truly pet lovers and took care of my dog as if he was their own.

We’ve been going to All Creatures for several months now with our Goldendoodle puppy, Ruby. I’m so impressed with the care she receives. The staff is so wonderful and caring. They provide excellent customer service. The prices are affordable, and well worth it. Ruby’s groomer is amazing and does an exceptional job caring for and trimming her coat. We couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend using All Creatures.

This place is amazing! I've had my dog for 2 years now and have tried several of the popular groomers in the area & hadn't found a place that I felt comfortable with. As soon as I arrived at All Creatures, I knew I'd found the spot! I was immediately greeted by friendly faced Courtney who answered all my questions and quickly connected me to groomer Shelly. Shelly was INCREDIBLE. I was really sad because my dog was going to have to get shaved due to matting and Shelly talked me through it and empathized with me, assuring she would do everything she could to keep it as long as possible while doing what was best for my dog. I was so relived to find a groomer who is kind, compassionate and highly skilled. In my short time at the shop, all the staff I encountered were friendly.
My dog looks great, the pricing is reasonable and the value was beyond.
Highly recommend!

Lucy is a challenge type dog.she did need attention to her knotted areas. They did the best they could do with an unruly dog. Thanks

Clipped my dogs nails.super quick and polite. Only issue is that her nails could've been a tad shorter. Will have to bring her back a little sooner then I'd like.

SOOO great! I was in a cat emergency. My cats had fleas and they got my cats in right away and took great care of them. The cats smell great and are flea free. Once of the vvvverrrrry few places that actually does cat flea baths. Highly recommend!

Been using this groomers for my cats and pups since moving to Orlando 5 years ago.

Very satisfied with all the grooming services and boarding. There were even able to board my cats immediately one time when the ceiling fell in in a couple rooms of my house.

Brought my cats in to be groomed. The lady demanded shot records. I was never told prior to bring shot records. I didn’t have them on me and she said we could reschedule. Big waste of time. I will not be rescheduling.

Zayn our 106 lb.male Akita just finished his first groom there and all went perfect. Their communication is excellent and they did a great job for an XL dog. He seems so calm and not stressed fro his visit.

I’ve had several great experiences here for my cats grooming, but today, not so much. When I arrived to pick him up, I waited a long time. When he was brought out to the car his back legs were still very wet. I was told because he peed in the cage. This this makes me uneasy as he was obviously left alone for a couple hours without access to a litter box. Disappointed to have paid $50 for a bath and received my cat still wet.

UPDATE 2/4/21: I went to a different groomer but was told my dog was not allowing people to come near her, so I deiced to give All Creatures another go, and I'm glad I did.

They must've remembered my review, because for the first time they had a groomer talk to me about my preferences. I think this is something they should do with everyone on a regular basis because this was also the first time I was 100% pleased with her cut.

They also took time to sit with my dog outside before grooming her (she's not vicious by any means just anxious) and the staff understood that.

The young man working at the front (with dark brown curly hair) deserves a raise. He is always kind and professional.

I will be going back.x

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really keep trying to like this place to support local, and have been going for a year but I am consistently disappointed and have decided I will not be going back. Here’s why:

1. They have on numerous occasions trimmed fur in areas I specifically asked not to trim

2. When I brought this concern up the young women working the register basically called me a liar. The owner then called me back after I hung up and said I would go elsewhere to berate me about how I spoke to her employee. After being scolded I was comped the cut so I went back sadly I was still disappointed

3.60% of the time I bring my dog in the forget to clip her dewclaw. I SPECIFICALLY brought this up and asked them to address and I now have 3 bleeding cuts on my arm because.surprise surprise they forgot to clip one of her dewclaws.

4. Their location is on a busy street with 0 parking and can make dogs very anxious before a cut

Save your money and your time having to go back for them missing your grooming requests.

Best place in town to board your pets! All the staff is very friendly but specially Sasha always takes care of me and my furr babies. I wouldn't trust anywhere else in town to care for my pets. I can trust them to engage and play with them throughout the day not just stick them in a kennel all day long.

I love this place and so does my year old Shihpoo, Cody! I was worried about leaving Cody home for 10-12 hours a day and someone referred me to All Creatures and I am very happy with their service, price and I am confident Cody is well taken care of! He loves it there and I love that he gets a bath once a week and he's not home alone all the time. Thank you!
