For residential - not recommended. They subcontract cleaners and these don't have accountability. In the meantime, they invoice you even if the crew didn't show their face all month long.

Their subcontracted cleaning crew will go once or twice, take a bunch of pictures and upload them saying they stopped by. But we have cameras and knew they weren't there.

Now a year later they sent us a bill charging us for service we never received.
