I recently worked with All Glass to have PGT window glass panes replaced (popped seals). The crew led by Kassidy were excellent. Communicated well, polite, experienced, professional, strong attention to detail. They took their time to do the job right instead of hurrying through. Office staff went above and beyond to match 7 year old window grids no longer offered. Great work!

We accomplished a whole house window replacement with AllGlass in Sarasota and the experience could not have been easier. The windows were perfectly measured and ordered, so the installation was without problem.
A year later, when small issues developed, the customer service team was on it and their top-quality service people arrived to set things straight.
I could not recommend AllGlass more highly. Easily five stars!

They did a great job and stood by the product they installed, replaced some glass that came from the manufacturer with some blemishes. I always appreciate that customer focus.

They don't honor warranties and never return your call after any service call/request. Called them several times for new glass install and they never respond. Not a sporadic thing but a whole year trying to contact them.
