This is the third time I have used this company. They were professional and completed the work in the time quoted. Nothing was damaged and Covid protocols were followed. Tre and Justin were awesome workers. I would call again for my next move.

We have used All My Son's Moving 2 times now & they did a great job both times. The guys r very nice & they take care of your furniture. If we need movers again we would definitely call them!

We called on our favorite moving company again, All My Son’s Moving. They were very polite as usual & Darren was very professional. We will definitely use this company again.

I am looking for a moving company for my move to another apartment. I put in for a quote, and received calls from the company. When I was able to call back and speak with them, the lady was nice until I was not ready to put down a deposit to hold the day. I asked her if she would email the information she gave me about the quote and she said she would. Once I was not putting down a deposit, she hung up. I also never received the email for the quote. If this is how I start with the company, then they will not have my business. It was extremely disappointing, other moving companies have been more professional than this one.

From the owner to the workers, absolutely disrespectful LAZY & RUDE! I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They will over charge you & claim you use materials that you never even touched nor the workers. Wont refund you & will not refund for wrong charges or claimed time that was used to sit and txt on phones. Please if your in Jacksonville Florida DO NOT HAVE ALL MY SONS MOVE YOUR THINGS! Items were damaged!

I HIGHLY recommend All My Sons Movers from this location in Jacksonville. The crew leader Tee (Tavain Smith) and his assistant mover Todd Smith were very professional and very careful with my things. They took special care of items that were fragile by wrapping in padding and when needed, boxes were used to guard against potential mishaps with glass and framed photos. Both of them were extremely polite and listens to my direction. (I had some particular request about how I wanted things done, and both were happy to accommodate. Apparently Tee has a lot of experience. I have moved A LOT and I could tell he knows what he’s doing and how to direct and pack efficiently. Moving is no fun.but their pleasant nature, professionalism, and expertise made the move easy and painless! I will be using both of them for my upcoming long distance move in a few weeks from now. The team that helped me move was friendly and efficient, nothing was damaged during the move. I paid almost double what I was quoted but I guess that's the down side of quotes/estimates. But overall a good experience.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Moved yesterday. Before the lead mover even touched a piece of my furniture, he made sure I knew they would take tips. Completely unacceptable behavior and rude. Although the movers themselves, overall, were kind and "quick", imagine my ABSOLUTE surprise to get my "bill" and see $125 fuel charge. I was NOT briefed about that. So, for a 3 hour move, my bill was $900! WHAT? $139/hr for 3 movers (ok), $90 for materials (WHAT MATERIALS? THE BLANKETS?), $100 for "travel", and that ridiculous, surprise, hidden $125 fuel charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LOVE GIVING MONEY AWAY. I have some damage, as well. I should have gone with Two Men and a Truck. Likely would have been complete in same amount of time without all the surprise charges. STEER CLEAR.

First, we were over charged by at least one full hour as the gentlemen were in their truck leaving in 5 hours post arrival. We were charged before truck was unloaded so this was obviously an estimate of time instead of exactly timed and rounded to the 15 minutes as promised. One of the guys that was moving us dropped the side board of our bed on me and my dog increasing my pain as I have extensive nerve damage in the arm it dropped on and landed on my 8lb dog. Also, there were medications that spilled that were Not picked back up by the movers and were instead left in common areas, accessible to many children. They also left a 3/1 inch deep hole in our wall in the new apartment and 3 black marks all 1inch plus in size on our walls. While the movers were generally fine to work with, we were charged and did not get any proof of payment or an itemized break down until after my husband called to complain. The was our 3rd move with AMS and this was a very different experience than we had the previous times. Its not acceptable and we are not happy to put it nicely

Not a good experience, I hired 3 guys and one of them had such a bad hangover when he showed up that 25 minutes into the job had his girlfriend pick him up because he couldn't handle it.the other movers were great and efficient.
They don't disclose all the fees and had to pay over $1000 to transport my furniture 1/2 a mile away to a storage.
Never again will I use them.

My movers were amazing! Very friendly and helpful- and I was super stressed and disorganized. They kept me posted on what they were doing and made sure I was happy
When you move ask for Jonathan, Solomon and Rodriguez- they are fantastic!

All I can say about this company is have them write everything down. They quote one price and then add 18% tax and 80/dollars for the paking materials. 120 for traveling charge for 12 mile move. Gas charge. The original 140/hour is just for the privilege of renting their truck. A 4-hour move cost me 900.00 for literally 12 pieces of furniture. I should of done my homework. NEVER AGAIN! You screwed me once. I will not be fooled again.

All My Sons took care of my commercial move. The crew that showed up was very respectful and took great care with everything. Very efficient and little to no lag time while loading and unloading the truck. My only complaint would be the time it took them to leave one location and arrive at the next. Other then that I was very pleased and would use them again.

The only reason why I am giving them a bad review is because I was told my moving cost would come out to be 800-900$ the guys did a good job moving my things but I did NOT have much at all it was a 4 bedroom but only 1 room they had to pack plus my dining room an livingroom which is like a 1 bedroom apt I dont understand why I paid 1,000$ for nothing they did an they didnt even pack much at all just my condiments, most of my things was already packed! What a big RIP off

The movers got confused with my Sleep Number Bed, and they weren’t to put it back together. However, I can get that sorted from Sleep Number themselves, so no issues from me. I gave All My Sons Moving Company 5 Stars because they moved my entire 3000 sqft house and only one drinking glass was broken. Also, the chaps were really nice and polite, which speaks volumes and I’m extremely happy with this company’s service. No complaints from me. I’d definitely recommend this moving company, their ‘no attitude’ persona was refreshing to work with, and outweighed everything else.

Omar and his crew were great. They took their time and carefully packed everything. In addition they were fast and very professional. I appreciate all the hard work!

I wouldn’t let them move a sack of S@&T! First of all they was late. Then one of the movers has an attitude because I was waving to let them know I was in the back of the storage place! Go figure! They start the move at 1: 30 he writes 1: 15 I was like it’s 1: 30 not 1: 15 he says we have to write what time we got here and looked at your stuff! I’m like huh? Mind you I’m helping move my belongings because I already see this is some B. S I was giving a quote of $350.00 when it was over I ended up paying $602.10 he writes done at 5: 15 but was done at 4: 00 charged me $18.00 for four rolls of tape. Go figure! When I called they said oh we cover your furniture never not once said we charge extra for that because I had my own pads and tape if that was the case. Trust me don’t use this company their bad news all the was around! I’m calling the better business bureau on them!

December 1,2018 All My Sons moving and Storage moved me from Brunswick GA to Jacksonville FL. The move was quick an I used their storage which they did tell me that needed to be out by April 2019 I agreed. But that changed quickly to Having to be out of their storage by the end of January! I was charged fairly for the out of town move then turned around an had to pay the same amount that was paid to move for two weeks of storage! So I had them move my storage to another storage facility which I was charged for because they had to have everyone who had storage there by the end of January. Now somewhere in between the first move or second move my 32 inch tv came up missing along with a damaged dining room table. I warn anyone thinking about using this company don't or your belongings just might come up missing as well!

We had 3 men that made our move easy. They were punctual, professional and very hard working. Thank you Ronnie, Chris and Mike! In the office, Angel helped make our move happen on time! Thank you all. Definitely recommend All My Son's for your move!

They moved me from 1 bedroom apartment to another on December 22 2018. I had to call several times to find out when they were coming. 2 men arrived at 415pm in which one man was rude and hardly helped while the other did most of the work. One rude man complained about his new jacket getting dusty and pet hair. They then proceeded to move my wooden wardrobe left all furniture with shrink wrap still on it. I left a tip of 20 dollars on counter because that was all the cash I had. The rude man quoted I should go to atm get more so both could have 20 each. The next day when I removed shrink wrap from wardrobe it fell apart. There was no way to salvage it so I had to through away my $200 wardrobe away. Plus it cost $100 deposit and another $395 to move. They left at 7pm. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worse experience in my life paid 100 dollar deposit and no one showed up for my move. Tony turned off his phone and his voicemail isn't set up. So unprofessional and so fraudulent. I keep calling the company and I get transferred to "corporate" with the same two people in the call center. Do not waste your time or money.
