I recently had a TERRIBLE experience with All Natural MD that left me deeply unsatisfied and concerned for other potential patients.i am a second time patient. Last year my experience was better, but this year it made me physically sick. After paying a $199 renewal fee—which is notably higher than what is charged at other clinics—I was assured by the doctor that I would receive the same medication I'd been previously prescribed by HIM (same doctor as last year).

Despite this assurance, I was unable to purchase my medication for a full week. It appears the doctor failed to submit the necessary documentation, resulting in a lower medication quantity than originally agreed upon.

When I reached out to their customer service for resolution, I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from a representative named Ellen. She said she had put in the request and everything would be fixed. Despite my initial call, it took another four days and a second follow-up on my part to even get them to request the doctor to correct their initial oversight.

The lack of accountability and efficiency demonstrated by the medical staff is unacceptable, especially when it impacts patients who are dealing with legitimate medical conditions.

Equally concerning is the customer service team's apparent lack of urgency and empathy. Timely access to medication is not a luxury; it's a necessity for those of us managing chronic conditions.

All Natural MD received my payment promptly, but they failed to provide a service that is both ethical and humane. I feel as though I have been treated as a mere number rather than as a patient in need of care. Businesses operating in the healthcare sector have a moral obligation to prioritize patient well-being, and it's evident that this clinic falls dramatically short of this standard.

I would strongly advise prospective patients to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs.
