Thank You to All Pro Air conditioning! My new home has a computerized complicated system so when the air went out, I called All Pro Air thinking I'd have to wait a day or so but to my surprise they came within the hour. The Technician was friendly and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He also tested everything and took the time to teach me the panel and app. It was a pleasant experience especially
since they didn't try to sell me anything as other companies always do. I am beyond satisfied and I will be using
them again.

The scheduling and office staff Debra could not have been more attentive and professional and the same occurred when the tech arrived on time. Lamar was honest, informative and I had no surprises. He used protective shoes and left exactly how house was when he arrived. I’m glad to have found an honest AC company!

Their technicians were very knowledgeable and responsive, as well as a pleasure to be around. They did the job and did it well, and I would certainly recommend their regular service plan and their services to anyone in need.

After the company scheduled a time on Thursday between 12-4 pm to arrive they called at 4: 20 pm to say they could not make it. Never offered another time to come out. They were really great when we replaced the expensive unit but not for the small stuff. Very disappointed.

I contacted All-Pro as we had no electrical power to our pool.they were very courteous and scheduled me for maintenance within 48 hrs.they arrived as promised and fixed the problem.very happy with the service and plan to use them in the future.

The folks at All pro were the only ones that could solve my air conditioning issues. I had several companies come out and give me excuses to why they could not help (building is too tall ect, ect). All Pro came out and serviced my units, rechecked it and had some small repairs to do. I am very happy with their service and they are my go to ac company.

Nothing better than same day service when your A/C is not working. Lamar is great and really knows what he is doing.
