The waiting time is really long. They make you wait for a very long time to see the Dr. The personal working there is not friendly at all and justify the fact that they schedule too many patients and you have to wait for so long. They laugh in your own face.

If I could give no stars I would. I was referred there by my PC, and had an initial consult on Sept 12. I was given orders to get an MRI, and to set up an appointment with their pain management specialist. I brought these orders to my PC the next day, Sept 13. Since then, my primary care doctor has called multiple times to get the doctors notes so they can get the referral for pain management going but I never actually even SAW a doctor on my initial visit, just a nurse practitioner. NOBODY returns a call, NOBODY answers the phone. Finally, yesterday, on Oct 16th, my PC decided in order for me to get the care I need, we are giving up and using another practice. What a way to treat both patient and primary care doctor! I’m surprised they have any patients left. Maybe they are good doctors, but if you can’t get a foot in the door due to the rudeness and ineptitude of the office staff, what is that worth? NOTHING. Steer clear, you’ll get a runaround as well

It’s really hard for anyone to answer their phone or answer a question. It’s really frustrating! You call and call, leave messages and no answer back.

Jesse and his team are amazing. I went in for a broken Fibula. They went above and beyond analyzed the fracture to determine if surgery was needed. They casted it immediately and directed me where to purchase a knee walker. Jesse and his team actually care and it shows with their customer service. I recommend them highly.

Hi my name is Jose I have been to the Pembroke Pines office in the past without any issues. I tried to make an appointment for my mother first of all I couldn't get through on the phone so I drove there. A young lady in the front took my mom's information and was looking for an appointment time when a lady had a complaint. One of the lady's working in the office Gabriella jumped began arguing with the patient and the Doctor had to come out and talk to the patient.the young lady took my mom's insurance information and gave me an appointment and gave me paperwork for my mom to fill out. My dad called today to verify the appointment and was told they couldn't find the appointment. I tried to call but they didn't answer the phone so I drove there the young lady at the front desk told me she didn't show an appointment for my mom. I called my dad to let him know what was going on and told him that they messed up. When Gabriella heard me she snapped saying they didn't make a mistake and became argumentative with me like she did the week before with another customer. In my opinion this young lady Gabriella doesn't know how to talk to the public and should be reprimanded or made to take a class on public relations. I for one will never go back to that office.

My bf is a patient at this office. They have the most horrible service ever. We've been calling for over two weeks and no answer. I wish it was just one location, but it's all of them. I've never seen an office with such poor post op care. The only way to get an appointment or anything is going in person.

I believe I left a review a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, here I am again.

My bf recently had an unfortunate experience with this location and the all others that left him deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The lack of communication and follow-up from their side has been nothing short of appalling.

First and foremost, trying to get in touch with the office to make an appointment was a nightmare. Countless attempts to reach them via phone were met with unanswered calls or being put on hold for extensive periods, only to eventually be disconnected. This disregard for basic customer service is simply unacceptable.

However, the disappointment continued as the office failed to provide any follow-up whatsoever. Despite his expectations for post-operative care and guidance, he has received no communication regarding his recovery, rehabilitation, or even basic check-ins.

To exacerbate matters, he recently underwent an MRI over a month ago, and astonishingly, has yet to receive any notice from the doctor. The lack of urgency and communication in delivering crucial test results is not only unprofessional but also leaves patients in a state of anxiety and uncertainty.

As a patient, he expected a certain level of care and support from the office, but it is clear that has fallen short in this regard. Their disregard for timely communication, failure to answer calls, and lack of post-surgical follow-up is both disheartening and concerning.

I strongly advise anyone seeking orthopedic care to reconsider choosing All-Pro Orthopedics. In my experience, their lack of professionalism and communication has significantly impacted my bf confidence in their ability to provide adequate and compassionate patient care.

It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for their staff including the physicians to address their shortcomings and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their patients.

Rudest medical staff I have ever dealt with. They don't keep records or don't bother to look at them. Only one guy is nice the radiologist he's ok everyone else there is rude.

I know that you are not at fault, but a doctor who before working with you and knows that I run the risk of being disabled due to a misinterpretation without committing crimes fired me, now I was going to see another of your doctors and while I waited I They made copies of my referral and some MRI called me and said that she said that her company could not attend me either, if this is not resolved this week I will have to file an unfortunate complaint because it is very unfair.
I want to do harm, just be treated with respect and save myself from being disabled. Thank you so much.

If there was any lower star rating for this business, I would consider.
Their Hialeah office has the worst customer service ever encountered. If you call, they will put you on hold for, without even answering, over 30 minutes. Then calls may go to a massage center that has no capabilities for leaving messages because it is full. You can spend all day trying to get some answers or assistance. Calling 7 to 10 times with the same result. The office help is not willing to help or work to provide you with any answers to question, or the why’s of the matter. And they will give you attitude. Things do not get done ahead of your appointments, nor are they capable of requesting referrals from your doctors prior to appointments. They make the patients do all the work for them instead of being prepared for the patients on the day of the appointment. The office is a mess. Very unfortunate for the patient that have to deal with this. PATIENT BE WARE. Choose your Ortho doctors carefully!

Horrible service. Impossible to communicate with. They don’t send your exam results to your doctor. They charge for your own exam if you want the results. After trying to get my exam for a week they charged me for it and gave me a blank CD. I do not recommend this office. Staff is very unprofessional and they all look like the they hate their job, which reflects on the patients as the quality of service is horrible. I would give a 0 star if that was an option.

0 star! Is totally distrust.never have support or time, 1 month and still waiting for them to respond for my MRI REQUESTING the insurance do not approve just because them.very bad customer services and charge you for everything even if they do not complete their job …very bad experience …

My experiences with the Pembroke Pines location have been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My expectations for physicians and specialists are high. They spend years pursuing their passion of “helping people” only to forget about that very same passion that once fueled them,
years down the line. What an absolute disappointment this practice is.
Dr. Childress, I urge you to do better. It behooves you to care about people who rely on your services and “expertise”. You have transformed into a poor excuse of a doctor and you should be ashamed of the way your front desk personnel represents you. I am absolutely disgusted with the way patients are treated here and will be taking this concern much further. Please do not bother responding with “We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. ” because I can assure you based on all of these reviews — you do not aim to deliver a great experience, and if you do aim to do so, you are CONSTANTLY failing.
