I recently use this company. I am definitely not satisfied with the service. The person can out was nice and professional. The sewer line was incomplete whereas the job was half done. I paid for the service but ran into a problem with water backing up into the tub. The person can back out to recheck the clogged drain issue that was never fix. This was two days after the sewer line was repaired. They want to charge me some money three times more than I paid. I’m very disappointed about using the company.

The plumber (Doug) came on the day I called. He carefully assessed and unclogged our kitchen drain. He was polite and hardworking. The job took less than one hour. Thanks, All Pro!

All Pro Plumbing is a rip-off artist. I used them to connect the water and gas lines to three new appliances and install a faucet & sink. The tech did not have an elbow for the dishwasher line so my wife went to a local provider to buy one. Had we known, she would have bought a packet of items that included the elbow plus a flex water supply line for a total of $19. Instead of telling us to pick up the water line too, APP charged me $45 just for the supply line. Additionally, the tech stated that our old garbage disposal was leaking. He offered to install a new one to which I consented given the urgency for the tech to proceed with installing the sink. APP charged me $175 for that disposal. The same disposal sells for $110 at a local big store retailer. That is a 55% increase over the retail price. This is price gouging which, though legal, is totally unjustified. It is greed to the max. This is an unethical business practice and cannot be justified as simply the “industry standard. ” I highly suggest you get pricing on everything they do before you give them the authority to proceed. I will never use them again.

They sent someone out who couldn't give a quote or a time to complete. Asked for my email so the office could send a quote. The office sent an email asking for a review of service. Prior to submitting this review, I responded that I never received a quote or had any work done. Now more than 48 hours since the individual came out, there has not been a response, quote, or followup. Another company responded immediately and completed work the same visit, so consider calling around first.

Water pipes in the house began to hammer after the city repaired the main water line in the yard, thus increasing the pressure to the house.
These guys went straight to the heart of the problem. Due to their many years of experience, they knew exactly why my water pipes were hammering and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Total professionals. I am impressed.
