All Uniform Wear, Margate FL

Just had the best experience with this Uniform store. Very professional. I had a jacket embroidered and they gave me an extra jacket and polo shirt absolutely free! They even embroidered the extra jacket for free. They send you a text when it's ready. They have won my business.

Great customer service and school uniforms are always in stock with the school logo imprinted on them already. The manager was very friendly and made my daughters exchange very easy.

Very disappointed, most of the time they don't have stock. My last experience, went to the store to get a jacket for my son, they denied to embroider the school name because of the time, it wasn't even 6: 30pm and the store closes at 7. They have no customer care at all, and then school force us the shop at this company

Don’t pre order any Uniforms from them. It has been two months and my order has still not arrived at their store. So Ridiculous, I am going to ask for a refund.

Absolutely horrible. Very unorganized. Incompetent staff. (All teenagers). I had an issue ordering in July and they couldn’t locate my shirt one week ago in August. I returned today only to find out that they are “back ordered”. (not sure if this is an excuse for “i can’t find your shirts”. I ordered work uniforms in July2021 and it is now September2021 and I still do not have my work uniforms. I will NEVER use this store again! I’d rather drive to Miami than deal with this place.

They say they offer curbside pickup and then don’t answer their phone! This is the second day I’m here!

This place is fantastic. Gina the store manager is amazing. David the assistant manager is extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

They have employees standing around doing nothing and unwilling to help. What’s out is out, find it yourself. There is one more woman doing all the embroidery and not even an assembly like to help her process orders while the manager stares out the window. I waited an hour to embroider one skirt because they don’t have anything ready to go. They keep blaming shortages, but this place is mismanaged and disorganized. They know parents are forced to shop here. Terrible service with signs everywhere saying to be kind to staff or they won’t return tomorrow l. I see no team work here and when you have a line 4 people deep you jump in and help. This poor woman all by herself.

I just think it is disappointing that no one answers the phone & that there are no uniforms available for several of the schools. This store was not at all prepared for this school year. Customers are being told there are no sizes of certain items & that they have to wait for things to be back ordered or wait for things to be embroidered. The moment Broward County Superintendent & School Board announced that school would be reopening for the 2021-2022 school year (which they announced way earlier this year around April/May 2021 or possibly sooner than that) they should have had an influx of uniforms embroidered to satisfy the # of people that they should have know were going to be coming in for uniforms! L Especially since certain schools require uniforms to ONLY be purchased at this specific store!

Extremely chaotic, but a week before school so understandable. Online appointment is useless at this time as the girl at the register Confirmed, it's a free for all. Employees are very young so customer service is virtually non existent. Kids at the registers socializing with one another as people wait in line. Sizes are all mixed together on the shelves so know what you need and get ready to search. Would be great with more organization and some adult employees to help out.

I’ve been shopping here for the past several years and my experience has always been positive. Thankfully this will be my last year shopping here. Today I went in to make a purchase and my experience was not pleasant. I was in need of several shirts for collegiate academy students of which they had not prepared, stood in line 3x, and interacted with a staff who was quite rude. After asking to speak to a manager I finally received the help needed. I would give no stars if I could. Customer service training needed.

I have been trying to speak to someone and NO ONE ever answers the phone. I placed an order on 08/4 for a uniform for my son and they told me it would arrive the following week. I have called and I even went into the store. The manager informed me that they haven't receive the order and that they would call me once it was in. It has been three weeks since I placed the order and I can't seem to get an answer on when am I going to receive the uniform. Trying to call the store is a joke since they avoid answering the phone. I'm sorry but that is not acceptable. The problem here is that WE AS PARENTS HAVE NO OTHER STORES TO PURCHASE OUR KIDS UNIFORMS.

Really good service. I did online pick up and then had to exchange 2 items. Really good service both times.

Definitely a good place to get your kids uniform, customer service on point. I definitely recommend this store

It's a total chaos. Staff is inexperienced and have little know how of store and seems confused. Since schools are due to open very soon the place is crowded.

Best location I ever visited! Huge store, clean, and neat with a wide variety of colors and sizes.

First time in this store. Staff very friendly and was able to buy a weeks worth of uniforms on the clearance aisle. Wish we had this store in Alabama. Thanks for the great merchandise and great prices!
