No matter the time or day, there is absolutely no one to answer the phone. This is definitely a get rich quick scheme. No care for customers.

No one speaks English the owner sits at the door screaming at people employees Take their sweet time to help you And everyone is about 80 years old you tell me how the service is

One of the most ghetto experiences ever. Came in at 4pm and I wasn't even greeted, there were 2 cashier's today and not one of them acknowledge me or asked me if I needed assistance. The one with long black hair with glasses running her mouth only stopped because I asked her who can help me and she directed me to sit and wait. I waited 30 minutes and had to ask again and ONLY then was I told if I needed help I needed to go looking for an attendant which was absolutely unacceptable having me wait wasting time while she's not doing her job! Then at the register I can't even have my pants hemmed because it's 15min to the hour and of course this same cashier shouts as if it's a fish market that the store closes in 15min. Absolutely loud and unprofessional! Anyone not speakin Spanish God help you because there's clearly a language barrier and when I asked to speak with the manager Luis I was told I need to go to the very same loud cashier. This place is horrible and PLEASE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Amazing place if you want to have your Uniform, the best customer service possible for you to have a great experience down here in Hialeah. I do recommend this place if you want to have your product ready and with the best quality!

Worst customer service. Nobody in this store knows anything about what they sell. I tried to get answers from 5 different employees and the all had a different one. I had to wait 10 min before the first person was able to talk to me because as I was standing there in front of her she was too busy gossiping with another employee at the front desk. Once she finished her whole story with her coworker then she proceeded to talk to me.

These people are something else especially the lady with the black hair and glasses. She’s super loud and ratchet and unprofessional. I went in to get some uniform shirts and they had dust on them and then she went on saying it’s only dust. Well I ended up ordering shirts instead and when I went to pick them up I saw the dust ones were gone I said this crusty lady probably put them in my order. Obviously the shirts looked like the dusty ones from the shelf because they had the same strings hanging out of the logo. I was coming here for my work uniforms. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
