The service and attitude of the employees is terrible. I went to buy 6 uniforms
And I ended up not buying anything after 30 minutes.bad service and everything disorganized. I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Why do they even have a phone if they're not going to answer I've been calling for a month with no answer I ordered my son's uniforms the 1st week of August and I have not received anything yet ANSWER THE PHONE!

Very rude in store. The manager does not honor anything in writing. They never answer the telephone.

I ordered vests a month ago and they are still not here. They refused to refund my money only offering store credit which is ridiculous. They never answer the phone so I have to drive 30 minutes just to ask a question.

Extremely horrible! The school my son goes to ONLY uses them and this is the only reason why I used them. They don’t answer the phones and shipment have been delayed over a month. I placed another shipment for it to be delivered to my house they shipped it to the store and they didn’t even provide the info as to what store they sent it. Just absolutely horrible. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I do not recommend.

The location is unorgarnized and understaffed, and the wait in line is a minimum of 25 minutes to check out. Overall poor customer service. I will complain to the school and find other means to obtain a uniform. I don't take kind to my hard-earned money not being respected by a business patronize not by choice at that. NEVER AGAIN!

Bad information they give people I bought some uniforms and they told me that if my daughter didn't fit they would refund my money and when she went to return it they told me that they couldn't refund my money, what kind of professionalism is this? In addition, the person who attended me was rude, apart from that, he told me that they were hiring new people and that they did not know the return policies, so it means that they hire people and do not give them correct information so that they can give some answer to the clients

Excellent service and quality uniforms. You will find all kinds of uniforms. Even shoes. They speak English and Spanish. Above all the prices are excellent. 100% recommended

Place is decent. Selection isn’t always abundant depending on what you’re looking for. Some of the staff were not the most pleasant, but others were.

The male cashier actually cussed at me in Spanish, not knowing that I understood. He was frustrated because I walked in while he was on his phone. I guess I must’ve interrupted him. I ended up walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Because of him, the company lost over $10,000 in one sale.

This is my 4th time at this location and all of the other times were horrible. This is the only place that my daughter’s uniform can be purchased, so I have no choice. Today I asked to speak with the manager, not because of a bad experience, this time was amazing. I was helped without question and assisted as if the associate wanted to help. The manager explained that they hire temporary help during the busy season and I can definitely tell the difference. I’ll keep this in mind going into the new school year.
