Marcos from this company woke us up at 230am came into our community where we live and, was towing my daughters car from her parking because her tag had a expired tag sticker which she paid but the sticker is in transit and has been delayed. She showed him copy of the receipt, and he still insisted to pay him $82.40 via zelle or he would take the car and she would need to pay him $160 to get the car. Marcos was extremely rude. A bad company that abuses people in order to make money. We will report them to our Association, The Cove at French Villas.

EVIL COMPANY. NO WARNING. I PARKED AT AN OFFICE TO WORK LATE FOR YEARS BUT THEY DECIDED THAT THEY CAN TOW ME WITHOUT WARNING. EVIL COMPANY. They forced me to work to the bank and said I have to prove it's my car with my name on a paper. Some old lady was their that was even more hurtful towards people just getting their car.

Well, they have taken my car like 3 or 4 times, but what is good is that it is open 24 hours a day and you can go at any time.

The worst company ever! The workers are rude. For payment the man Started barely screaming. Fraud company, I hardly put my car on the lane they just started proving that I took 2 parking spots. When I sent money via Zelle, Bank showed that they need to review payment to this company, than the manager told me in a high voice that I must call the bank otherwise they gonna charge me more & won’t give my car back today! But here time of work is 24/7. Where is justice? Where Police is looking! Frauds!
Also I am gonna sent this review to the Aliro Apartments Unit which they work with!

They were supposed to provide a winch out but canceled on my emergency call. Not reliable, would not recommend.

These people are predatory and stalk lots waiting for a victim (and might be watching YOU), rather than being useful and providing a service when needed. Can't believe we're allowing this in Hollywood. Had to watch a despicable scene of an adult male nearly in tears fighting for his vehicle and attempting to enter tow drivers truck (which he shouldn't have done). Often the victims of this lot stalking are poor people who can't afford the hit. These guys are no Robinhood. Sad to watch.

This is the worst company. They are thief’s! I work for Chick-fil-A so I had to park my car to deliver food for 4 minutes and they took my car.

Called and had an employee state that the company was aware that they were breaking florida statute and laws. Not sure how the business hasn’t been shut down at this point but also going to leave a review to the BBB. They really need to control who goes on the phones. Had another employee give me a fake name and when I called back to ask for them I was told no one with that name worked there. I couldn’t even reach a manager because he leaves early and gets in late. All in all they towed my car 11.7 air miles away from where it was towed. It was a 19 mile drive so 40 minutes to and back to pick up my car for 170 dollars. Overall rude and not in accordance to florida law. Would give a 0 if I could

This place is a scam and towed my car from my own property. I will pursue legal action to get my refund. A demand letter will be on the way asap. I will also report to the BBB and state of florida and all local police departments if I do not get a refund.

Real rude customer service went there and send me to another yard. I had to go back there. Cause along my was at there location

I get no one is happy when their vehicle is towed. However, this company is nothing but problems. Highly urge anyone who has their vehicle towed by them review Florida State Statute 715.07. Has a ton of information regarding if your vehicle was towed. A subsection in there states your vehicle must be released within an hour upon request/payment. My vehicle was towed to their Ft. Lauderdale location which does not have someone there to release the vehicles properly during the over night hours. I was told over the phone that I would need to wait until 8am until they opened…. I was then charged a day storage fee since I didn’t not pick it up within 6 hours of the tow. The 6 hours elapsed even though I was in contact with them within 3 hours of my vehicle being towed (confirmed via my home cameras). Overall trash service, rude employees (Candy, Tye…if that’s even their real names) and dishonorable methods of trying to squeeze money out of people…. Read up on the above statute to be better informed.

Let me start by saying that this company is a fraud i had my car towed in front of Miramar bakery on 441 where all uber eats park just to pick up and everybody else but that day was not my lucky day. They were hiding waiting to tow my car not only that i called them and the nasty lady they have at the office couldn't gave me the right info making me waist time to charge me more money but screw them. Also the way they treat your car like is garbage. Giving me all kind of excuses to keep my car longer and recording my husband like if we were criminals when is the other way around. Bad service bad customer service and by the way i was able to get refunded the money by my company. I will make sure to post about my bad experience everywhere. We had our own car towed in front of our own business on our own private lot. At first we thought it was stolen until we saw the security footage and saw it was unlawfully towed. Now we will have to pay hundreds of dollars to get our car back.

Complete scam and money hungry they towed my company vehicle on a Thursday night I attempted to pick up the truck the same night they told me I needed a notarized letter from the company bright and early the next morning about 7 my company fleet manager called they get the company truck released so that they can try and charge us over the weekend they decided that they wanted a letter from the company president knowing that it is a Friday and the company is a national company so it will take a few days for the company president to get the letter even though the fleet coordinator has all that vehicle information and proof that she is responsible for the vehicle it’s CRAZY HOW THIS COMPANY WOULD TRY AND SCAM SOMEONE OUT OF MONEY BY FORCING THEM TO LEAVE THEIR COMPANY VEHICLE IN THERE YARD

All-Ways towing & Storage trying to tow my car for no reason for second time in my parking lot I wish to give 0 star this place deserved it and when I got there the manager never is there

Not at all surprised that I would come to this page and find that they have 1 star. Towed from my community after NEVER having any infractions or stickers. No one can tell me who phoned to have the car towed. Towed at midnight and given no notice at all.

Egregious.
