Allegiant Air, Clearwater FL

Wasn’t to bad, the bathroom is TINEY even for me being 5’0 so I recommend using before flight smells good though. Only downside some flight attendants seem like they don’t like their jobs…

I have flown this airline many times from St Louis to Tampa. Never a problem, rarely any delays

I was on the flight from Asheville to St Pete Clearwater airport today. There was a medical emergency on the flight, and the flight attendants handled the situation with professionalism, quickness, and mostly, kindness. I heard someone in the back saying we need a doctor, and I was the guy that yelled it again, and the attendants and EMT on board came to the woman’s aid. If I was having a health emergency, I would want to be in their hands. This was my first Allegiant flight, and I’ll fly with you again. Thank you to everyone who came to the rescue. We need more of this in the world.

Beware: They don’t care. Today my flight was delayed by 6 hours with no explanation. Somehow the airline laughably thought an $8.00 lunch voucher was anything but insulting where all the airport restaurants charge $17.00 for a sandwich. Oh, and when I finally arrived at my destination Allegiant lost my bag that I paid to check.

I fly Allegiant Air at least once a year. I fly it because it is cheap. There is no other reason. It is a tin can that will take you from point A to point B. Do not trust that their employees will do anything extra for you on any account, unless it is explicitly stated somewhere. Their itinerary message will tell you to do your own research on how and when to get ready for a flight with them, and you should take that seriously. They provide almost no specific information or even estimates except departure and arrival times, and will not be held accountable. All you're paying for is the trip from point A to point B. I watched the gate agents take 20 minutes to check one passenger in. I don't mean one time. I mean each time they were checking anyone in. That's apparently normal. Their computers apparently take that long to update. I have no idea what takes 20 minutes to update in a modern computer, but that is what they told me when I asked. I'm assuming their IT infrastructure must rely on dial-up modems and computer parts scrounged from trash and recycling yards. Their employees think this is normal. They aren't rude, just mystified how anyone may expect it to be different. I always recommend this airline for its prices. There is no other reason. Know what you are getting. It's on you.

Only airline I can fly directly from Richmond to St. Pete, Florida and always a positive experience

Really terrible- not recommended at all. No communication between maintenance and the pilot and very few updates to the passengers. 3 hour delay sitting on plane.

Allegiant, Allegiant coming and going they always do me and my family right! We will return soon and very soon!

I've never seen an airline call out flight that is getting ready to board at baggage checkin. That's a first.
Good job, thinking about your customers and getting them processed quickly.so that they don't miss their flight.

Who would have thunk it? Bought extra legroom both ways. Flight crew was amazing. Equipment clean. A great RT. Surprisingly. Will do that again.

Flight delayed for 5 hrs. Not a single attempt to inform passenger. We had to get up at 5am, drive 1.5 hrs to the airport.

Great Airline! I haven't flown any other airline so hard to compare. I flew with them from Albany to Tampa and the experience was great! Allegiant is truly the best budget airline!
