Allegro Senior Living – Parkland, FL

Allegro in Parkland is outstanding! My mother has lived there for a year and a half and I cannot speak highly enough about how great this is for her (and us-her family). I can truly say that my mother's quality of life has improved since she moved in. She was living in a single family home by herself (after her husband passed away) with the help of an aide. Upon moving to Allegro she has been more social, interacts with people on a daily basis, made new friends, and is enjoying the lifestyle. What is even more telling is that everyone who works at Allegro knows my mother by name. As her son, that makes me feel so good knowing that she is in a great place.

As for the staff, they are all oustanding! The care staff is amazing, caring, patient, and kind. They have helped my mother more than they will ever truly know. As a family, we are so appreciative of the care staff.

The food in the restaurant is very good. My mother eats 3 meals a day in or from the restaurant and enjoys them all (sometimes a bit too much). Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face. They are very accomodating with their meal selection as well.

When my mother first moved to Allegro, I wasn't quite sure how it was going to go. But after being there for some time, she loves it there. And as a family, we love that she is in great hands at Allegro.

If there were other ways to sing their praises, I would. I am happy to chat with anyone about the great experience that my mother is having while at Allegro.

As a family, we live 10 minutes away so it gives us the chance to always be there almost at anytime, but we don't need to be there anytime because the staff at Allegro put our minds at ease.

I would strongly recommend Allegro to anyone who is thinking about moving to Senior Living. My mother is on the assisted living side of Allegro. Thank you Allegro for all that you do!

My mother, Eileen (Kay) Keller, greatly enjoyed living at Allegro. She looked forward to visiting with friends in the dining room, where the staff all called her by name & properly served delicious, healthy food in a very pleasant environment. Live entertainment was her favorite, in the gallery, where the residents were encouraged to participate. She also spent relaxing time on her private, quiet balcony. She & I would sit outside by the pool & talk. She would have her hair cut at the third floor salon or participate in exercise classes, sit in the gallery & watch the big screen TV. A couple of times we watched a movie together in "The Cinema". Thank You Allegro Senior Living staff for making this a very special living choice. Tom Keller

So far so great!

The staff could not be more attentive and professional and the amenities like dining, entertainment, fitness, pool and many others are outstanding.
We are confident that she will enjoy the quality of life that she deserves and has not had in several years.

"So far so great" was my appraisal back then.

It only got greater and I can't image a more perfect assisted living facility.

The senior staff, Rebecca, Fernanda, Sophia and Vijay, and others with whom we had not interfaced were so professional, so communicative and so caring. And their respective team members were that as well.

The physical building was so well thought out to provide a very congenial and comfortable atmosphere for its residents.

My sister just recently passed away but her months of living at Allegro fulfilled the quality of life she had not experienced for many years past.

So I repeat- "thank you Allegro! "

Allegro is a superb facility for Assisted Living. Our tour, hosted by Rebecca, answered all of our questions, and she went out of her way to support our decisions. For independent living, this is the property to choose!

I am so grateful that we found Allegro! It is a beautiful community for active adults, the amenities are incredible, and the staff has been fantastic. Unlike many other communities, planned activities are open and available for Independent Living residents and Assisted Living residents as well. There really isn't much separation between the various residents which really increases the activity options and enhances the community aspect.

My grandmother started exploring assisted living alternatives about a year before she finally made the decision to make the move. Rebecca met us on our first visit and patiently continued to stay in touch by inviting us to special events throughout the year so my grandmother could get a more authentic Allegro experience. Once we found the perfect apartment, Sofia did a great job welcoming us and making sure my grandmother had everything she needed to feel right at home. These ladies along with the other staff have been great. They literally rolled out the red carpet for my grandmother and the other staff members welcome us whenever we come to visit. It is refreshing to see how families are welcomed at Allegro. We love to visit and play board games, putt putt or watch a movie in the theater. Once we even got to catch the tail end of one of my grandmother's favorite activities Bingo:) The friendships made by the residents are also a huge plus and really enhance the quality of life at Allegro.

We explored many options before deciding on Allegro and I have been very impressed. The Allegro team is committed to making sure that residents have a great experience and take a genuine interest in finding out what could be better and making it happen. I'm very glad that my grandmother made the decision to move to Allegro @ Parkland. I would highly recommend to anyone who is exploring Independent or Assisted Living for themselves or a loved one.

Transitioning my mother from her own home to a senior living facility was a big decision for me. Debra Bogatz made it much easier after getting a tour and discussing with her what Allegro has to offer. My mother has been there over a year, she has adjusted very well, and has a lot of friends. I can't say enough about this facility! My mom and aunt are having the time of their lives here! The staff is so warm and welcoming, as are the other residents. My family feels so excited that our loved ones have been given a new lease on life here at Allegro, Parkland!

In February we moved our 90 year old independent mom and her 93 year old sister into allegro parkland. They moved into a beautiful apartment which immediately felt like home, They were welcomed with open arms by the wonderful and loving staff. They are always busy with fun and interesting activities. It makes all of our lives better in every way. All I can say is Thank You!

My parents, my partner and I have lived at Allegro - Parkland for seven months. I find the staff to be very helpful and cheery to be around. The environment is not only beautiful, but clean and inviting. Musical entertainment is offered a few times each week as well as movies twice daily. Too many other activities to mention.
