Allen Edmonds, Orlando FL

It is sad to say but this physical store does NOT carry any at all wide big sizes they don’t stock them. If your foot is bigger than a 9 forget it won’t ever know how a wider shoe feels. Quality of shoe is amazing I got a pair of their Loafers and I usually go with a wide shoe. In this brand I was a 13 3e. I would had given them a 5 star but do to them not having wide bigger shoes I can’t. Staff is nice they did try helping me in finding my size ordered for me.

Allen Edmonds at Millenia is the quintessential old school shoe store. The selection is a mix of high quality classic and contemporary with many styles, sizes, and widths available in-store. Rachelle the manager is very friendly and helpful; one never senses she’s just trying to make a sale, she wants you to be happy. I wish all retail experiences were like this Allen Edmonds location!

Actually had an extremely pleasant experience with Matt at this store in Orlando, however this is a rating for my overall buying experience.

I tried to order a pair of Allen Edmonds twice online, both of which were inexplicably cancelled, and so I went in-person to this store to try on a few pairs. Matt was extremely professional and helpful and overnighted ordered a pair of 12.0E Fifth Avenue Cap-Toe Oxford Dress Shoe in black (so, not a particularly difficult shoe).

The next day, they were cancelled again.

Anyway, I don't know what is going on with Allen Edmonds now-a-days but they lost my business and I will not be able to recommend them, seeing how it was a dental-cleaning-like experience even trying to give them my money!

Great service as always at Allen Edmonds at the Milenia mall. I had Rochelle helping me out with a couple great Burke lace ups for the Summer. Allen Edmonds are superior craftsmanship shoes, designed for outmost comfort, style and superb quality that will last a lifetime. Once you try a pair you will be convinced and never try anything else. I have been a client of Rochelle for years. She is truly Amazing. Stop by or give them a call for the best personalized service.

I would give 5 stars but when I first walked in, a somewhat disinterested lady was reluctantly helping me, and it felt like walking into a common shoe store where you basically help yourself. In fact she was quite condescending to me at one point and I was ready to walk out. Luckily a very nice gentleman took over and suddenly it was the AE I was used to - extremely courteous and professional treatment, so much so that I bought two pairs. Yes these shoes are on the pricey side, but they are one of the few brands that are actually made in the USA (with some exceptions) and are on par with Italian- and French-made shoes all day long. Anyway, when you go out of your way to treat the customer with respect and dignity, they think far less about price.

Very nice experiance shopping for shoes. Knowledgable and nice sales persons. Allen Edmonds shoes are top quality and good looking footwear.

Forever grateful for Rachelle! After several online exchanges due to not getting the right size, I drove a few hours to Orlando to get properly fitted. Rachelle spent two hours with me trying on various casual, dress, and boot styles. I walked away knowing my correct size (s) so I can order online unless we get a store in Jacksonville!

I walked away with two pairs of dress shoes and now a lifetime customer. Thank you!
