6This is the worst broker I've ever dealt with. (The Florida location). They don't communicate well, they tell you something different than what's on the rate confirmation. They are very unprofessional and rude! My driver had to wait over 14 hours to pick up a load and they didn't care about our time or wanted to give any compensation for the time they wasted! I highly don't recommend this broker! I will warn all of my friends not to use this broker and nor would I in the future.
Got ignored for almost a month trying to get my detention pay. Not very professional and the broker I dealt with was condescending. I drive for a company and own my own as well. I will no longer be using them nor will my friends
Liars, will lie about pickup times, delivery times. Absolutely not honest!
Beware of broker. Not truthful about loads and will definitely try to slide extra stops on a load by you without discussing all the details about a load.
We do work a lot with Allen Lund but we have unpleasant situation with Steven King. One of our dispatchers Booked a load with EVE brokerage and in a same time another dispatcher from another office booked the same truck with Steven King. The EVE conf got booked first (50$ less) and after 1 minute we called him and told him what happened and he put us on Block list. We value our partners but we dont feel the same for him. Our owner called him and he said we have canceled 10 loads (we absolutely dont do that) in the last 12 months. When we asked him for the load numbers it came out that those loads were done already just one load was canceled that was 44500lbs and was too heavy for reefer.
TRASH. Worst Rates on the whole board. Wont work with you. DONT pay detention or lay over. LIE on appt times, LIE on commodity. Buy 9/10 loads coming out of a city then adjust all their prices to one dollar a mile and make a monopoly. This place needs to be shut down. Hopefully once the market changes the union we have built of over 200 carriers will shut this place down. 200+ carriers all committed to never haul for Allen Lund, TQL, XPO, Landstar, etc. This will change our industry. In a few years you will all be run out of business.
