We’re new to the area and my dog had an emergency. Even though they don't have emergency services they were able to find time to see her. The doctor did a thorough examination of her being beyond careful. The staff was equally kind during and after the appointment. I definitely recommend their services. From now on they are our vets?

We started coming to Dr. Thibideau with our new puppy about 9 years ago. Absolutely loved the way he cared for our puppy and started bringing our other 3 dogs to him as well. We moved over an hour away from his clinic and I still drive to bring our fur babies. He has the most caring heart, great bedside manner, and an amazing staff. Thank you for everything!

Dr. T is very good with my dogs, and you can tell he has genuine care and concern for his patients. He always manages to fit my pups in when there's a health concern. I feel confident in his ability to provide the best care for my pets.

Worst vet experience I’ve ever had. The first time I brought my dog here during covid they wouldn’t let me in the building and they DRAGGED my dog across the parking lot with a leash practically choking him. The employees are rude and it is SO overpriced. The establishment is old and dirty, you’d think that will all the money they take from people they would put some work into the place.

This veterinary practice is by far one of the best I've ever been associated with, for my pets. The staff is amazing very helpful, informative, and accommodating. Dr thibodeau's very practical common sense approach to taking care of my animals has always been very welcome. He doesn't jump too expensive things immediately he thinks things out logically, and presents all options and I could participate in any treatment plan as needed. I'm very comfortable with him and that's why I've been going to him for the 12 years I've been here in Florida.

They are an awesome Vet. Dr. Mark Thibideau is a great Vet. He is very relaxed and takes his time to go over any issues and ensures you understand. He lets you know what is needed and what is optional.

Their staff is friendly and patient.

The doctors and staff here are always looking out for the best interest of your pet and are not overpriced. The doctor will actually take the time to explain how to take care of your furry family members correctly and explain why and what he is doing. Really appreciate all the care and detail they all give!
