I love Dr. Kohen he has changed my life! He is kind wise and a great Doctor! He really cares about helping!

Rude! Rude! Rude! From minute you open the door all you feel is negative vibes. The front desk staff, the ones who "greet" the patients were horrible! They had no compassion what so ever, the office was very chaotic and unorganized. I wish I could remember the lady at the desk so I could give her a proper shout out! I was told to go to billing and talk to Joy, who by the way did not personify her name at all, she was just as rude as the rest of them. I work in a healthcare environment myself, If I treated my patients like we were treated, my company would fire my butt!
Not to mention this was our second visit to this office, I almost didn't go back after I encountered the same rudeness the first time, giving them the benefit of the doubt we went back anyway what a mistake!

You have Options! If you are not treated personally, professionally and in a timely manner then find another allergist. We don't waste your time, please don't waste ours!

Dr Michael Kohen has been treating me since approximately 2009 for immunological issues. He has successfully created a course of therapies including medications that keep pain and inflammation to a minimum. Dr Kohen is friendly, professional and compassionate and a good listener.
I highly recommend him.

He takes the time to be thorough and listen to your questions. I felt reassured of the care I would receive. I was called in to my appointment on time and didn't have to wait.

Definitely a very pleasant experience with Dr. DOmingues. He is a great overall physician and it it quite obvious he cares a lot about all his patients. He is likely my favorite doctor and I, unfortunately, see many.

Well I normally do not do this but I am extremely upset because Dr. Dominques is a very uncaring doctor. When I first saw him, he was very dismissive and did not want to hear about what was going on. He did not even review my medical records from the hospital. There were a team of doctors in the hospital and specialist who stated that they were all in agreement that my issues were caused by a autoimmune disease. However, when I told The bad bedside manner doctor, he then asked me like 4 questions dealing with lupus and right away said “you don’t have lupus” but here go take labs. Well, I did that and waited another month to see him. I was very unhappy and told my primary doctor she said, just go and give him another chance. I did and what a BIG Disaster.

On 10/05/20, I was in extreme pain and had to see this doctor at 5: 15 pm so I called and requested to be seen earlier. They were nice enough to fit me in but he was very cold towards me. He was very cocky and said he could not treat me because my labs came out negative. He also stated that I should go to another hospital since the doctors are wrong. I guess the team of 6 is wrong but he is not.
I got very upset because it’s a known fact that an autoimmune disease needs to be tested again and the Symptoms is how it is based on. I have been in and out of the hospital since August 19th, 2020 due to my issues and he did not even read everything.
I did lose my temper and cursed at this young boy because of the way he treats people with his Condescending ways and his rolling of the eyes when asking him a question. He acts like he knows everything and the Patient is a bother to him.
I am sorry for my behavior but he pushed me to my limit. People with an autoimmune disease does not need a doctor who is non caring!
The office staff was nice but doctor needs some adjustments!

I've been seeing doctor Kohen for almost 10 years now. Yes you do wait a while for that initial consult but it is well worth the wait. The staff is amazing and super supportive. Dr. Kohen is a good listener and really cares about his patients

Very disgusting rude people here. I asked the lady several Times that I had asked the ER to send me a referral to a rheumatologist and they told me that they can’t so the lady just copped a nasty attitude and hung up on me instead of help me. I’m 24 and Can’t even get out of bed without being in excruciating pain and the best you could do is hang up on me great customer service surprised you’re still in business to be honest

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Listens well and makes you feel reassured. Open to trying different methods of treatment and works with you to find the right fit.
