13Today's delivery was in the time frame that I expect for oxygen delivery, within 24 hrs. The previous delivery took 7 days (!) due to problems, I asume, relaying the information to the local office and the wonderful drivers. Oxygen delivery needs to be more consistent and timely. As it was today. I shouldn't have to call several times to get a delivery. Maybe it will continue to be like todays.
Somehow they had a bad phone number for me but Henry persevered and got me set up. He is a true gentleman.hang on to him. He's smart and very kind.
Jeffery was the delivery technician very pleasant very knowledgeable and on time. I hope that everyone that I deal with is of the same quality with this company.

Sean was very thorough and went out of his way to ensure I fully understood the process on usage for the CPAP device. He also threw in a few “Dad” jokes that made the training more enjoyable. Excellent instructor!

Communication between Chicago and Sarasota was a bit spotty and I was a little concerned of arriving and not having my oxygen, but Angel called first thing in the morning on our scheduled arrival and was here right away with my oxygenator couldn’t ask for better

Best night’s sleep I had in over three weeks. So happy not having to wake up because my other head gear kept coming off.
Gina was excellent. It was hard to get thru to anyone on the phone. Waited over 30 minutes to reach a live person and never did so hung up. Waited for you to call back. That happened almost 45 days later.
I was told I needed to take a class which I thought was crazy as I have been using a CPAP for many years but I was very glad I did as it was very informative and they answered all my questions while teaching me about the new and improved CPAP machine and masks.
I rate my service an excellent 5. Angel Hinostroza was on time and was kind and professional. He gave explicit directions on how to use the oxygen tracker. Very nice man
