Very unprofessional when I spoke to Leigh Hoffman. He was rude and nasty and have no idea how to speak to clients. They shouldn’t be in business because they have no customer service. I don’t know how they are managing any properties.

Absolutely the WORST. Unprofessional at the highest level. A stress inducing, condescending attitude, immediately replaced the initial impressive professionalism. Rather than promote conversation to resolve any issues between homeowners and the HOA, they prefer to silence a homeowner by targeting them. They raised the drama to unimaginable levels.

Bait and switch tactics!
They send out a great sales guy, tell you and sell you on one thing for a month, then ghost you. Except for when they're demanding money, of course. They charge a premium because they're supposed to handle more work. But, at the end of the day, they don't handle anything at all. Bills weren't getting paid even though the money was in the account. Garbage services were discontinued because of this! See all those 1 star reviews where there's just a star, and no review? That's the best part! When you leave a bad review, they threaten to sue you for defamation!
This business is disgraceful and predatory.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
WORSE customer service EVER in my life.
I called them because I found a mouse in my apartment (!), I talked with Julia and she said that next time the company who taking care of this issue (like pest control or whatever) are visit once a month and they will come in more than 2 weeks from now (!), I told her mouses are around every day and it wasn't seems like she was care about me at all, after a while I'm trying to convince her I need it ASAP then she said:
"Ok, I'll call the company and I'll see what they can do" and guess what?
She didn't called me yet.
Seriously?
There are mouses around every day in the last several days and she doesn't care for me to wait more than 2 weeks?
And along all our conversation I could tell I'm feeling she was sounds like she mad at me.
I'm in a situation in the apartment and I need her help, talking to her VERY RESPECTFULLY and all the while during our conversation I'm feeling like she mad at me.
What a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

BEWARE, It is a nightmare to deal with this management group. Especially Jason Hoffman, he is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not pick up the phone and has poor communication skills through email (highlighting and capitalizing phrases throughout the email to prove a "point" shows how uneducated and unprofessional Jason Hoffman is, please hire someone with a higher professional standard.

ALSO MAKE SURE TO READ THE CONTRACT, even though you own the property, they will harass your
guest and threaten them unless they comply by their ridiculous rules. I highly recommend NOT TO LEASE OR BUY from Waterside Village in Sunrise. FL. It will save you a lot of headache. Do not deal EIleith, she is a nightmare and extremely rude to deal with as well. 0 stars

As President of Vaquero Trails HOA, I have worked with several property management companies. The one thing I look for in a CAM is that they treat the owners better than they treat me. I want the owners to be respected and accommodated. I sign the checks, but the owners fund it.
Vaquero Trails HOA established five years ago, and unfortunately, we have gone through 4 property management companies till now we found Alliance. Not to say that all the other 4 were terrible but, the communication with the community was nonexistent, or the financial side was off. But the one thing was the same. I got callbacks ASAP and in the language of my choice only because I was the president. Alliance speaks both Spanish and English they are responsive to the owners and speak professionally and kindly to our owners. They are quick with financial issues if any arise. So far, I must give them 5 stars. They are cutting edge by leaping into new forms of communication by providing text blast for urgent communication to the ownership. Email blast to keep all owners and leasees up to date with projects and important information. Click pay is excellent! No more checks! They are always available for the board and are responsive M-F to the members. Thank you, Jason, and your staff, for all your work, advice, and kindness to us on the board and especially to the owners (Your true clients).

Horrible customer service. I was given incorrect information. The company didn’t even bother to contact me for important information the emailed me a letter instead. They took my first month rent just so deny my application had me waiting weeks on an apartment I wasn’t approved to. Had me spending $100’s of dollars back to back they is non refundable I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE not even a dog to ever do business with this company they are the WORST. And they never answer the phone. And take weeks for approval but always need a payment for something. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
