5am and stuck at the hospital. Needed a ride home and was asked to call back after 7am and they should be able to get me there. I guess they're not 24hr service as their site says.

Call a day or two before to make an appointment cause they are busy but well organised and available. Taxi drivers are pleasant and answer very gracfully to your questions.it's a plus! They are very ponctuals.

Mark gave me a ride from Advent Health Hospital Palm Coast, Fl.to retrieve my auto before I could head home. They said he would be there in 5 minutes. It was 3. Totally professional, cordial, and knowledgeable, I was 100% satisfied that the hospital suggested them. Will definitely use again if situation demands. Thanks Mark. I called Alliance Taxi to coordinate a pick up and drop off arrangements. Richard was professional and friendly with a timely response. I would definitely use their service again.
WARNING:
This is the worst cab service you could ever call. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. They left me waiting for 5 hours to be picked up after paying for my pick up, up front. They charged me $150.00 for a 20 min ride. They are Liars and They didn't want to give me a receipt after I paid cash. Called them at 5pm and didn't get picked up till after 10pm. They have thousands of excuses to feed you if you're unhappy with their service and they don't care if you don't ever call them again. The owner/dispatcher who's name is Richard doesn't care how many lies he tells and has a habit of forgetting his lies so it's easy to catch him in his lies. He's rude, disrespectful and a liar. So if you've read this review and still call this company. You'll get what you deserve. Guaranteed!
