I have always been taken care of promptly, having to spend very little time in the Waiting Room or the exam room before being seen by the doctor. The doctor has always done a thorough exam and is willing to answer any questions I may have. All office and support staff are friendly and easy to deal with. One thing I really like is that they don't try to push services and products on you, like my previous dermatologist's office did.

Dr. Knapp and staff were very nice and the treatment was well explained before Dr. Knapp removed the small growths.

Appointment was on time. Little more important than on time for me. Dr and staff were very good and professional.

I had never before visited a dermatologist but, a few months ago, I developed an allergic skin reaction which was both uncomfortable and unsightly. I made an appointment with Dr. Knapp and could not be more pleased with the outcome. He performed an exam, diagnosed the problem, and prescribed a course of treatment which cleared my condition within two weeks. I could not be more pleased. Dr. Knapp and his staff were professional, empathetic, helpful, and clear in their instructions. I visited both the 466 location and the Colony location (follow up visit). Both locations were efficient at reception and I was admitted on time for my appointment. If you are in need of a dermatologist, I highly recommend Alliant Dermatology and Dr. Knapp.
