Allied Paver Systems, LLC, Marco Island FL

I placed a 50% deposit ($4,650.00) to start my patio project in mid-November 2022. As of February 20th, 2023 the project was not started and no one would call me to tell me what was going on, so I hired another contractor and demanded my deposit be returned. Demand letter sent certified mail on 2/20/23 has elicited no response.

Ironic that Matthew Burke who left a glowing review is also the name of the sales rep who sold me the job. I'm highly suspect of any positive reviews from this disgraceful business! Could they be employees leaving the positive reviews?

** 3/25/23 Update, as of Mar 21st, no refund or contact has been made. BBB demand complaint filed and legal proceedings forthcoming including home improvement fraud.

Very pleased with product, work, speed, price. Probably the only contractor I've hired in the last four years in SWFL that aced all of those. Highly recommend.

These guys are terrible. I called and they said they would be in touch within ten days. They Never called me back. I called them back and they said oh yes we will have someone out and we will call you back same day as I called, with confirmation. Never called back. Called a third time and I got, oh the guy has left early today and we will see if he can come by sometime next week. If you can’t get them to come and give an estimate sure as hell would not use them to do a job. Just terrible customer service.

The workers are bad people.
While I was in traffic one of the workers nearly hit my car so I honked on him to let him know and when I pass by him he decided to flick me off I called the company at 8 o’clock and for five minutes there after since they open at eight and I got a voicemail sounds like a very unreliable and unprofessional company to me
