Good experience on both ends. Corporate monitors every step and stays in touch with the customer.

Super disappointed. In a nutshell, the movers who delivered our items from FL to MT were extremely unprofessional and made us feel unsafe. He failed to show up with the proper moving equipment to get our items from the truck to the house (which was clearly stated in the work order), so we had to scramble last minute and hire another mover and a truck. Unreal.

What’s worse is the company is not taking responsibility and is ignoring my requests for a reimbursement for the extra hired help. I have received zero compensation for our inconvenience. Very disappointing.

I am happy to update my review once they actually address the current issue at hand, but it’s been weeks since my move and nobody has taken accountability. I had a good experience with the packing and moving team in FL and would happily elaborate on that.

My actual move was great. There was a lot of communication and it was easy to reach everyone involved.

The day before my move I was called and told that someone had driven through my apt complex and the large truck couldn’t fit and they would need a van to transport my stuff to the big truck. This was going to be an extra ~$400, which I went and got in the form of a cashier’s check. The next day when the driver showed up (around 2 hours late due to a flat tire) he was never told about the need for a van and was able to pull the large truck in. This was pretty annoying to me.

Otherwise, the men that moved my things were very kind and respectful. My things arrived very quickly to my destination and the guys were able to work with me when my husband and I had to be at work during a delivery time.

Easy to set up our interstate move. Cost was reasonable and worth the brand security. Excellent communication and the van arrived at the front end of the delivery window which was great.

Were extremely efficient setting up the move and executing in just 2 weeks. The price was excellent compared to other quotes I received.

The packer and moving team arrived on time and gave me plenty of notice of their arrival time. They were courteous and professional at all times. They wasted no time doing their job and work diligently to get the job done.

Highly do NOT recommend using Allied for any moves. When our things were delivered, a majority of our items had MOUSE POOP inside.even when we had perfectly sealed boxes with no food inside. Our belongings were in storage for less than a week, so the warehouse must be pretty dirty for this to happen. Further, when I tried contacting our customer service rep (Katie) about numerous issues she was unresponsive. I have 3 emails completely unanswered. Lastly, there are also missing pieces of belongings and one item was swapped completely. I hate to write this because the actual movers who came to my home were lovely, but everything else about the process has been very disappointing.

This is the fifth time i use Allied to move. They are always on time, communicative, and explain every step of the process as you go. I highly recommend this company and the folks that work for them.
