One of my favorite bike shops down in south Florida. Have done previous business with this company and they never disappoint. Very good customer service and it feels like a nice welcoming each time I come in.

Trust but double check! Went there with a 3-4 years old mountain bike for a derailleur wire replacement AND IN-HOUSE TUNE-UP. While the wire was replaced, no tune-up work can be observed, so the question is what work was done for those 80-90 bucks? When leaving the bike there I was told that a general cleaning and maintenance/readjustment (chain, gears, etc.) will be performed but they did not even readjust the brakes, clean and lube the chain etc. Disappointment.

I'M FROM CANADA AND MY BIKE WAS CONSTANTLY GETTING A FLAT TIRE. I DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO GET IT CHECKED OUT AND REPAIRED. LAURA WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL AND THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT AWAY AND AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE FOR US SENIORS. THE BIKE SHOP SELLS ALL KINDS OF BIKE STUFF AND CLOTHES AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR BIKE REPAIRED THERE OR BUYING ONE.

I stopped in to buy some hardware and tube for a 26” cruiser. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. The shop has a great selection of bikes and accessories.

Great neighborhood bike store. Good inventory of bikes. Just so happen to have the brand I was looking for. Great prices. Ralph was very helpful & knowledgeable. I'll be making this my neighborhood bike shop.

Bicycle needed a spoke in a fairly odd size, and these guys were able to customize one to fit, for a very reasonable price. And were nice as well.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon to check out their selection of bikes. I was promptly greeted and welcomed upon entering the store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t appear to mind my asking a lot of questions. I’ve always purchased cheap bikes from big box stores. This was my first real bike purchase and I wanted to understand the differences between each type since I was spending a lot more than I have in the past. I was able to get a bike with lots of bells and whistles. I am very happy with my new bike and highly recommend this store!

Great Neighborhood Bike Shop. I had an mechanical issue with my bike shifters and derailleur, and they gave me a time that would work with me to bring my bike. I brought my bike at the schedule time, and they started working on it right away. I asked a bunch of questions they've probably heard a million times, but they took their time to explain and answer all my needs. Rafael was great! Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and will be coming back.

Although this bike shop employees are kind. Sometimes it does not cut it. I prefer quality. I took my bikes for service one bike for inner tube replacement and tire replace ment for my 2nd bike.

Inner tube was replaced for my first bike. My child took it out side to test ride and the inner tube popped.

I was told that the tire was bad. So the inner tube was replaced knowing the tire was bad. I replaced the tire and they made me pay for another inner tube.

2nd bike was fix (had to leave the bike for 5 days) they added, more services I did ask for nor did they call me.

I went to pick up the bike and had to pay more. Please don't give Alligator bicycle any business.

Friendly, busy staff. Small shop but great for parts and repairs. Near Brian Piccolo Velodrome park, too.

Called 4 different shops on Friday, was told by 2 shops they couldn't work on my hydraulic brakes due to parts issues and the other 2 shops said my bike would take 10-14 days just to bleed brake lines and adjust brakes. My last call was to Alligator's Cycling and they were amazing! Told me to drop off bike and would have it back the next day, and they delivered on their word! I highly recommend them!
