My husband has chronic sinus- those that have it know the struggle! Knowing that he has called this doctor office multiple times in which "need to make an appointment". After making the appointment and having it "reschedule" several times, today finally he presented at the office for his appointment ONLY to be told- he cant be seen today because he has to get a "covid test" - because he has SINUS symptoms! Ok, I am in healthcare- give him the rapid antigen and treat him!
NOPE- must do the PCR - 5 days for results- reschedule your appointment- Patient FOCUSED - NO WAY! Send him on his way - Forced to now pay for an URGENT CARE visit out of pocket - COVID TEST and see a doc in the box who doesn't know my husband at all. Great Care Dr Burton- You wouldn't even speak to your patient, in our practice we wouldn't tolerate such dismissal.

Dr Burton may be a great doctor but the last two years I haven't been able to see her when I ws sick. I was told each time I was sick to go to a walkin clinic. Why have a PCP if you can never ever get an appointment with her?
