The equipment was old and always broke down. He sold us inferior hand saws and then didn't stand behind them. I wouldn't recommend them!

Today I had an amazing experience, renting a lift from these guys. They were extremely friendly and fast, and I didn’t have to do a thing because they even hooked it on to the hitch for me.we used to run everything at Home Depot but we’re never gonna do that again!

Just called the location in Hollywood and spoke to Marcus… He is extremely rude and lacks all customer service skills… I asked him how he was doing? He said… ummm how can I help you. I just told him never mind… I would NEVER spend my money with a company as rude as this … No need to go any further…

Had to do a job on Sunday and needed to rent a 2.5 inch post driver since this was going to be a one time job only. Called and spoke with David early in the week, he confirmed it was for a 2.5 inch, so no need to purchase one or look anywhere else. Had a work crew in place for the Sunday job. So I sent someone to pick the machine up and the guy tells him that this machine was only for a for a 2 inch pipe, not a 2.5. Then spoke with David who just basically told me he didn’t remembered our conversation and there was nothing he could do about it at this point. The lack of professionalism had created me a problem that obviously they don’t care. Very disappointed about this business.

Tried to rent some equipment from the Home Depot only to be disappointed with the service and staff knowledge.

Went right down the street to Alltool rental only four blocks away and was blown away by the service.

They had what I needed, they showed me how to use it, and helped me put in my car.

My wife returned it on Monday and they came out to her car to unload it before she put the car in park! We got the weekend special where they only charge one day from Saturday until Monday morning because they are closed on Sunday. You can’t beat them, they’re awesome!
