They really were very professional. They did what they promised and on time. Jerry did a great job. I’m really very happy with their service.

I was in a bad situation and I had called late at night because my AC wasn’t working and the guys came by my place in less than an hour my AC was working again. I would definitely recommend this company to family’s and friends!

Alltronics responded within an hour to diagnose the problem with my 4.5 yr old Samsung (I know samsung appliances is a problem first of all) gas/convection stove. Jerry was the best, professional, polite & knowledgeable on how the stove worked. Part (igniter) was ordered an installed with in 48 hrs. My stove is back up and running. Thanks Jerry & Alltronics…

The response was fast and the diagnosis of the problem was spot on. The cost for repair was much cheaper than I had anticipated. I would not use anyone else to repair my appliances. These guys are true professionals.

Great Service! Thanks to Alltronics Appliances for coming to my home so quickly and repairing my machine. They were very professional and they explained to me in detail my options. So i wanted to thank them for fixing my dryer today.

Bait and switch pricing. They originally quoted $70 for a diagnostic which would be applied to the servicing but after finishing the fix in 5 minutes, I was told it would be $175. I had to call corporate and listen to the endless mansplaining. In the end, I paid $100 for them to push two buttons on my fridge to reset the computer and I NEVER received a diagnostic as to why my fridge lost power to begin with.

I have used their services 3 times for my dryer and washer and I'm pleased with their service. Jerry was able to come after hours to repair my dryer and they are always available and fast to come to help.

Unprofessional, disorganized, horrible communication. We called for our dryer and, like a client before us, had this company misdiagnose the real cause and just did a temporary fix. It has been such a frustrating experience that I don’t wish on anyone.
