I had a basic manicure and Tee was my technician, she was very nice and cheerful and did a beautiful job! My husband also got a pedicure and left with happy feet! Overall wonderful experience!

10/10! Wonderful service. When in to a pedicure and got out of there with my eyebrows done and came back the following day to do a manicure. Super clean and sanitize, Kim you are absolutely the best. Feel Amazing being able to do everything in only one place. My hair, eyebrows, mani pedi. Love it highly recommended

Mercedes did my nails, a fill-in and she also did my pedicure. I have a few issues with my feet. I am 58 yrs old and very particular when it comes to my nails and feet. Mercedes attention to detail was truly amazing. She took her time and did an outstanding job. In all my years I have to say she was the best nail girl I ever had. I can promise you that if you try her once you will never be satisfied with anyone else. Thank you Mercedes for giving me faith again that there are still people out there that do quality work.

Power went out in the middle of my service and I was still charged over $100 for a terrible pedicure/mani. She said she would dip my fingers and never did and my price was $108. What a rip off and I will never return. If your power goes out it isn’t the fault of the customers. Also, I didn’t even get a decent polish

Best nail spot I've ever been to. The owner, Kim is very meticulous and thorough when it came to doing my nails. She is friendly as well as all her staff. They made us feel welcomed. We are visiting from Denver and would definitely return when we come visit Kissimmee.

Today I was taken care of by Kim! I came in for a Gel X removal. Nails were left fragile after removal and Kim suggested me to try their SNS dip powder She was amazing very knowledgeable and gave me very good information about what is best for my nails to keep them healthy

The smell in the salon is repulsive, like a filthy fish tank. Tried to use a metal foot file to exfoliate my heel. As a licensed professional, those are illegal in my state. Practically had to snatch my foot away because informing her that I didn't want her to use that tool wasn't working. Felt like I was bamboozled into paying $70 for a staph infection.

Kim did an awesome job on my husband’s feet. He had a pedicure actually it was his first virgin pedicure. She was patient and meticulous with his feet and they looked great when she was done.

I visited with my mom and we had a great visit! 2 pedis and a mani and they turned out great and it was reasonably priced! I also appreciated how clean they were. We showed up without an appointment and they were able to see us. My mom also got massage and LOVED it.

Thank you Kim and john for helping us today. If we're ever back in town we will be sure to come back.

I’m so happy with my nails, very welcoming, good with customer service and the dip power looks like acrylics, the nails look very high quality for the cheap and the shop was cleaning in had no smelling and just very relaxing I recommend coming here for nails, mirco blading, hair in etc. I’m very pleased with this place.

I am satisfy with my dip powder nails! They last for a month and my nails looks healthier.

I love this nail salon kim gives amazing service and always helps, she does great eyebrows and shaping and micro blading i recommend her work and if you’re looking for an eyebrow lady come to kim! This salons provides everything hair, nails, brows etc anything you can ever wish for.

I would give 0 stars if I could we took my niece to get her haircut and the lady told my niece that her cut and wash would be 35 dollars and the lady that cut her hair looked at the picture of her hair she wanted only once she kept stop cutting her hair to change her music in her ear phones kept cutting her and didn't blend or do the picture she wanted at all then charged my niece 65 dollars and my niece ran out crying and had to have her mom pay for her because she was to upset and then we had to take my niece to a different place to try to get it fixed and the new place we went to even said that the this place did a horrible job luckily the new place fixed it and she is happy I would not recommend this place at all because they did horrible and didn't even care at least the new place we went to they kept looking at the picture and did a better job save your money and don't visit this place because you will really regret it they also say they do massages but you get a massage from a massage chair

If I could put zero stars I would.came for a haircut + shampoo, somehow paid 65 dollars.rocio cut it (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and did an absolute awful job, she looked at the picture I had for reference only once.she was too busy changing the music on her phone to ask me if I was happy with how it was coming along.horrible place, DONT get your hair cut here. I had to spend more money just to get it fixed at another salon, and it’s still not great because of they way it was originally cut.can’t even put into words how angry and upset I am.
