Aloft Jacksonville Tapestry Park

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in.the staff, the disgusting smelly dirty room i was first assigned, to move to another gross room.the bed smells, the towels smell, the room appear unclean and the shower was gross! I felt dirty after showering.there was one guy at the front desk who was absolutely useless.i have to go back to jacksonville in 3 weeks and will definitely be booking another hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Aloft Tapestry Park in Jacksonville, FL from July 28th to July 31st while waiting to move into our new apartment. Here's our experience:

The hotel itself, as well as the rooms, were beautiful and gave off a luxurious, homey vibe that we appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. During our stay, we noticed an unpleasant sulfur-like smell coming from the bathroom sink. This odor gradually worsened over the weekend. We reported it to the management, and a staff member promptly came up to spray an orange-scented freshener down the drain and in the overflow hole. While this helped temporarily, the strong sulfur smell returned after about an hour. We decided to tolerate it rather than inconvenience the front desk or deal with the hassle of changing rooms.

One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast; you'll have to pay for breakfast options. We initially thought the hotel had room service, as there was a QR code menu in the room, but it turned out to be a menu from a restaurant located around the corner that was partnered with the hotel.

The hotel does have a bar, but the drink prices were on the higher side. For example, one cocktail was priced at $17.

Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall stay was good, and we were impressed by the hotel's aesthetics and ambiance. If the need arises, we would consider returning to Aloft Tapestry Park in the future

I was truly impressed! Staff was courteous, chief was nice, bartender pleasing, cleaning staff was also polite. I was surprised that the rooms didn't have microwaves and no place to place your soap in the shower. I didn't too much like the "pet friendly" thing.

Something about the rooms made them seem sterile I don't know what's a room color or artwork. But that's just for the senses. Coffee, mini fridge, bathroom area were worth the price. Bed was comfortable.

If you want quests to utilize the outdoor areas, here’s a suggestion, FUMIGATE the pool and surrounding areas!

Very impressed with this hotel! When they say pet friendly, they mean it! Not one eye was bat at my service animal. So many guests had their beautiful well behaved puppies with them too. The room was nice, the lobby and outdoor patio is very neat and a fun little hangout. Walking distance from several great restaurants too. I am looking forwarding to visiting more aloft hotels soon! Thank you for the great experience.

Everytime I go and stay in Jacksonville this is the place I stay. Love the rooms and the service. I never have teouble when I go there. I recommend this mote to anyone that want to stay in Jacksonville Florida.

It's a good place to stay as long you're okay with the loud AC and non-working steam iron. The location is great. Probably the room that I had wasn't prep properly. I arrived at midnight.

My grandmother and I stayed at aloft this week from august 20th -26th. She had an eye surgery with Gulani Vision. Quiet and comfy hotel perfect for recovery time. The staff was amazing and helpful. Delicious breakfast made in the morning and we loved the coffee. If I remember her name correctly one of the front desk workers Jamie was really friendly as well! She would always chat with us when we came through the lobby and making sure we were ok. Orlando the shuttle driver was really great as well taking us to appointments and surgery on time everyday. My grandmother might be needing another eye surgery so we would definitely stay here again!

Very cute and comfortable hotel! The staff are very nice! The rooms are comfortable! I can't complain. I just don't understand why there is a full window from the shower into the bedroom.

I didn't stay in the hotel. I worked an event Taste of Soul. Location and staff were awesome. Event was great. Looking forward to the next one.

Rooms are nice. Easy to get in and out. Kenisha at the bar was super fun. Easy to walk to several eateries that are worthy of your business.

Super clean and very dog friendly! This hotel is located in the perfect place with many dining options in walking distance.

I was very impressed with this particular location. Very pleasant and professional staff. Podre’ and Mike assisted me during check-in. The room was well cleaned and neat. I received the extra towels that I asked for which was a huge plus for me! I would definitely recommend this location. The only bad part was housekeeping! I know they are trying to do their job, but knocking on the door at 9 am daily was very irritating! Asking us when we’re leaving on the first day and the second day. Again… at 9 am after a long night was a bit much. Check your records instead of asking the guests. Disrupting! I did not like that at all.

Stayed overnight on a road trip to orlando.room was big and clean.the hotel is dog friendly and i am allergic, so i was put on the no-dog floor (floor 5) and had no issues.easy to check in and out.room was free because i used marriott points and it didn’t take that many (15,000)

This location was an excellent choice to attend a conference. It was quiet and the service team made my stay amazing. Mama Ts breakfast powered me up each morning. I was able to enjoy a different restaurant in walking distance each night. I will stay here again for sure. Thank you to the whole Aloft team

Great location and unique hotel. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest, the glass doors, floors and shower were dirty and had hard water damage. They do not have free breakfast or coffee, you have to pay for coffee unless you make it in your room. Rooms are on the smaller side. They have a bar, doesn't stay open late.
Also, the pool rules state the pool closes at 11pm but, we got kicked out at 10: 15 (it was only myself and a friend), the manager said the pool closes at 10pm because the guest near the pool complain about noise. Never heard that before.

Every stay has been very pleasant, my go to staycation Anial Pedro Mike chef tris (may have her name wrong and every one else who’s names I can’t remember have been great host very clean elegant feel I have never had one complain request are always accommodate it in a timely manner thanks for always hosting a lovey stay

This hotel is in a great location in Jacksonville, FL. The staff is super friendly and courteous. My only negative is that there is very little storage for your clothes. A couple drawers and 4 more hangers would help take it to the next level.
