Had a wonderful experience. Patrick who checked us in made sure we had a wonderful time and checked in periodically throughout our weekend. Please ask for him when you arrive!

A beautiful hotel with an incredible location, very good attention especially from Mr. Patricio, he even gave our pet a obsequious 100% recommended

The room smelled like a week old ashtray. When we called the front desk, they didn’t have any other rooms with a king bed available - so we were downgraded to a lesser room with a queen bed. No refund or compensation - just a worse room for our needs.

Special thanks to Jesus for giving my wife and I such a warm welcome. I used to manage a hotel and I'm familiar with excellent customer service. Jesus went out of his way for us. Always had a smile on his face even though he worked a PM shift followed by a morning. Thank you Jesus for making this trip extra special! Overnight woman was also very friendly and provided us with options for the night. Had a great stay. Thank you Aloft for hiring such great people!

A good Aloft with a decent location but beyond the adjacent shops the location is only ok.

Everything is excellent except the parking is somewhere else and unloading the luggage is a very problematic process!

Hotel very well located, with comfortable and spacious rooms. There is the option of parking (paid). In addition to being in a center where we have restaurants, bars and a wonderful Italian supermarket.

Waste your money elsewhere. My fiancé and I stayed here 5 nights, and to be honest, our stay was less than stellar for several reasons. The shower head was full
of scum which cause terrible water pressure, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. When we checked in, we were told that if we didn't like our
room, we would have the choice to switch the next day. The first night was torture. The air conditioning is under a wooden table that did not move and was blowing air up instead of out. We requested for a
maintenance after being told the next day that a different room is no longer an option. Maintenance came in, moved the vents around, and the ac began
working.the next night, it went out again. We tried everything, and while the unit continued working for a couple of hours each time, it would go out over and
over again. 5 am on our last night in the room, we called to the front desk after the ac went out again, and they recommended we switched rooms with only
3 hour left on our stay. We declined and was told by the front desk agent that she would talk to her manager for a price adjustment. We called back for a
follow-up and was told that since we booked through a 3rd party, that may not be an option. It was so muggy and humid that night as well making for a awful sleep
that night as well The customer service was subpar, and the parking situation is weird bc it's not connected to the building. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Sometimes they can be unreasonably expensive but that's only because they are literally the only hotel in the area that is sanitary enough for human habitation. Probably the only hotel for miles that doesn't have bed bugs. I repeat DOES NOT HAVE THEM If you're thinking about going to those other places because this place is expensive, I'll tell you now forget about it. Just pay whatever they're asking because those other places are not worth it. The aloft is the only hotel in the area where your health won't suffer for you staying there.

Very nice hotel, good attention. The rooms are a bit deteriorated in terms of air conditioning, the shower, the smell of cat urine in the bathroom, and the most unpleasant people smoking marijuana in the pool at all times. Incredible.

A place I go to regularly and I am quite satisfied. The last time the room needed trimming and maintenance 3 times I asked for the shower and the curtain to be fixed and unfortunately there was no response in all 5 nights I stayed there

Located in the heart of a new open concept residential and dining district in Aventura. Aloft has some great amenities of its own that include the 2nd floor roof top pool area with seating, pool & games - definitely try the rocking chairs…. The rooms are nicely designed and have comfortable beds. Try out Bar Taco and Graziano’s downstairs for quick bites and enjoy that Starbucks is quick walk across to the next building!

Modern, clean rooms, wonderful bed, and Fabulous location. The hotel is located conveniently near great restaurants to eat right outside so you don't have to drive anywhere to eat after you park in the parking garage which they use for hotel guest. They will validate your ticket at the front desk, but you still pay 20.00 dollars a day to park. Mike at the front desk is the most professional, kind, and helpful person I have ever experienced in all my travels. He's management material! The Morning Manager is Fabulous as well!

Would never stay here again and would not recommend a dog stay here. Let alone a human. Management is very disrespectful. Was given dirty wash clothes and towels. And the lists goes on. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not quite Miami Beach but the distance is not bad when u factor in the beautiful hotel, room and amenities. I chose this hotel in order to be close to the grounds where Rolling Loud Miami was being hosted. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area (off-Miami beach vibes). The pool is amazing as well of their signature drink; the “Boombox”.

Super fast check-in and check-out by friendly staff, very kind and courteous. Layout of the hotel is amazing, easy access to the pool, the street, etc. I didn’t hear anyone on my floor yet the hotel seemed full.
Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Area is excellent as it has many cafes and amazing restaurants, off Biscayne Blvd and extremely close to Aventura Mall and not far from the beach.
Wouldn’t recommend any other place.
