Staff is always outgoing and friendly! Plus, there is generally a dog for adoption in the lobby, which you can walk and play with. Great escape when here for work or pleasure!

I would 100% go back. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect including the No pet fee that other hotels don’t have. Only $15 parking for the night too. Very modern, I loved it

AC is like a jet engine. Couldn’t sleep through the noise, even with a white noise app. Also lots of street noise.

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere and I can't say enough about the customer service. Especially the morning staff in the breakfast area! Haley and V was amazing. They made my stay feel like I was at home. Would recommend to everyone!

This is a place where I feel home. I travel frequently for work and stayed over at weekends as well here, and this hotel checks many boxes for me.

The staff is consistently friendly and takes care of any service request with pleasure. There’s also plenty of staff available, so you never need to wait long to get helped. You notice that the staff enjoys working here and they work as a team and make fun. I stayed here 4 times by now and I’m seeing the same staff members each time, so it must be a good place to work at.

The hotel is relatively modern and contemporary. I like the lobby / bar area a lot, there are sometimes live music performances and there’s a pool table and other cool games to play inside and outside. Overall, there’s a nice vibe in this hotel that I appreciate.

The food is OK but not restaurant level. Good to eat once or twice a week. There are however plenty of options is the neighborhood, all walkable. Breakfast is pretty standard here, it’s not a buffet but just take out (you can eat in the lobby though)

Hotel room is modern and has a European touch somehow (at least compared to the many US hotels I stayed at). You can tell the place is not brand brand new, feels maybe like 10 years old, but it’s well maintained and spacious. There’s a walk-in shower and a large sink area in the bathroom. There’s also a small dressing for your clothing and the room has two decent windows which brings in a lot of light.

Noise level in the room is not ideal because there’s a fire station nearby, so you hear the sirenes once in a while and they can be very loud.

Haven’t used the pool. The gym is small to medium sized (e.g. Only 2 thread mills) but never crowded. Not used the parking lot but it seems to have sufficient space.

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our girls FSU graduation. The ambiance was perfect, the bar was well stocked, each and every person that worked there catered to our every want and need. We made our own charcuterie board and enjoyed the craft cocktails from the hotel.

Service excellent, attractive design, nice personal attitude and attention. Just small details in the room, the bathroom extractor fan did not work, soap dispenser loose and trash cans without plastic bags, other that that, it was a nice stay.

Great hotel! Friendly front desk and clean rooms! Had a little hiccup and Devin, the GM, went overboard to take care of the problem. Highly recommend the Aloft Tallahassee Downtown!

We choose this hotel because we were using our free hotel night through Marriott rewards and it was the only one in the area that we could book using that. Staff seemed friendly and would give 5/5. Cleanliness would be 4/5. Decor was modern but I liked it.
The rest was 1/5…. Bathroom door was hard to push open. Light in shower toilet area only came on only if the light in sink area (which was connected to the room) was on. Bed was not comfortable. We could hear cars so clear in our room on 7th floor. It felt like the same loud car just kept circling the hotel over and over, loud car after loud car. I would not stay again mainly because I did not get a good sleep. Of the many Marriotts we have stayed this one does fall close to the bottom of the list. It was free so that helped. But we have used our free night before on much better places.

This hotel is very fun and contemporary with outstanding service. Wonderful amenities. Large, amazing swimming pool. Fun, open lobby space to hang-out. A block from the bus station. Great downtown location. Modern rooms. Large, flat screen TV. Easy parking. However, noise is a huge problem in this hotel. Nextdoor neighbors felt like they were in my room at an IMAX theater. Lots of constant, extremely loud street noise, as well.

Went to visit a few friends here. Awesome atmosphere. Dog friendly and has a small area where they keep a dog from humane society. You can check him out for couple of hours. What a nice idea! Dog gets a lot of attention and guests are happy too.

Normal Marriott experience here. Comfortable and clean rooms. For some reason there were dogs everywhere here. They even had a shelter dog in the lobby. Not sure if they have the best pet policy or if there was a dog show in town, but it was a bit odd. Didn’t bother me at all, but odd. Prices were a little higher than I would have thought, but the location is pretty good. I’d say 4.5 but worth rounding up. Interestingly enough, they don’t use trashcan liners. Which for my travel habits, was a little annoying. I usually use at least one trashcan liner to pack my wet running clothes with. I had to ask the front desk for trash bags, but they didn’t have any either. No big deal, but kind of annoying.

One of my daughters experienced a home invasion yesterday at FSU. We raced up here from Central Florida and Emily at the front was incredible. After dealing with the police dept, apartment complex, witnesses and attorneys Emily treated us with white glove service. You are lucky to have her. Thank you Emily.

Yes place is nice and clean and staff was ok. If you want a good night's sleep then this is not the place for you. Every motorcycle, bus and various street noises kept the 4 of us up. Two rooms #404 #406. Windows are paper thin
