Do not buy here, about 90% of the park is disgusting and run down and the manager has no integrity, and will kick out any guests you bring for no reason, I witnessed an older woman’s son come to inflate her car tire and the son was trespassed and she was told to push her car out of the park to have it fixed, personally believe he does this to try to evict tenants to steal the homes for a profit. The new homes look nice but have electrical and plumbing issues and are not build to current codes, also due to outdated septic systems the park overflows sewage when it rains and smells absolutely terrible
