Had one of the best closing experiences with Aloma Title. Every staff member had excellent communication, timely, courteous and detail oriented. Even though our bank was late delivering the closing package, we were immediately accommodated for a later appointment time and we were able to close on the same scheduled day. During closing, all our questions were answered thoroughly. We were extremely pleased with our closing experience.

Closing my office building with Aloma Title was a great experience. We had a problem with the deed on a small piece of my land which Alba and staff worked diligently to track down owners and get the title cleared. She always gave me weekly reports and communicated well as to what was progressing. I really didn’t think Aloma Title could get the problem corrected but they did. This company has been around for a long time and I will certainly use again in the future!
