Dr Luz Alonso has been my physician since 2018. She is a caring and gentle doctor. She has excellent bedside manners. She listens carefully and spends time with you. She is always pleasant and enjoys helping people.

Got to my appointment barely 15 minutes late and they cancelled. I tried calling to tell them I was going to be late and no one picked up. I took off of work to come here and they couldn't even have a small amount of flexibility. To your reply about arriving 15 minutes early, I was told on the phone to arrive at 11: 00 for an 11: 15 appointment, which I arrived at 11: 15 for. If you wanted me there at 10: 45, that should have been stated when I made the appointment. There were literally no other patients in the waiting room. I think you just didn't want to see me because I brought my children.

Terrible service! I had an appointment for March, they changed it to 1 month because the nurse evaluating me was sick. Today it was my turn again and the lady was sick again. They don't notify, the work day is lost. I don't recommend them at all!

Made an appointment over the phone over a week ago, was provided an appointment time and told to show up 10 minutes prior to take care of new-patient paperwork. Showed up day-of and was told that there was never any appointment set. Never again. Keep it moving if you want to deal with actual professionals.

Their “doctors” but their not here to help anyone. They are clearly more focus on what people look like and the money they provide. I really do pitty anyone under the age of 26 that goes here. You gotta be 50+ wanting Botox in order for them to take you seriously. Perhaps change your name to just a med spa not a medical doctor

I’m wondering if all of the previous reviews rating this staff as “rude” are old. I have been a patient here for years and I can tell you, they are the kindest and most personable group of folks I have come across in years. I should know. I am a nurse and previous operations manager of 27 years. I promise you, give them a chance and make your own decision. By the way, medical staff is second to NONE. I suppose if one does not get what one wants, there is never happiness or satisfaction. One piece of advice: Do not confuse their medical degrees with your Google search!

The doctors are the best in the state, Dr Luz Alonso is the most attentive person with great knowledge. All the staff that works are the best. Doctors Ariel and Alonso are very attentive people. In general, they are very special. I highly recommend them.

Their service is incredible, the mystique of all the staff is unsurpassed. Dr Alonso, Dr Ariel and Dr Alonso are people with heart, they are people with whom you can talk. I will never stop being your patient nor will my family. I recommend them 1000%

Hence I choose, to be a new patient again since after 2018. There's a young girl at front desk, need some receptionist training.
