Call Center Alorica reviews
9Put you through a 13 week course let you work for over a yr and terminate you without notice after you’ve worked holidays, birthdays etc with no PTO etc VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
They’re really bad with call backs for interviews or updates on your application status. Had me waiting a whole month and still no response.
I have friends who work here and they like working here I’ve not heard anyone I know complain.
I actually applied to work here and got contacted by an automated text fairly quickly however,
I’m trying to contact Alorica but the current number on maps is currently not working.
I’m hoping anyone in management can reach out to me and give me a number so I can contact the office or the human resource department. Thanks in advance I look forward to working with you guy’s soon.
There is very little opportunity for growth when starting in a position as a customer service representative. I perceive prejudice is involved in decision making for schedule changes and accommodations. I’ve experienced negative company culture and otherism from management. Becoming permanent or working here more than three months is not a great investment to advance in your career because it can leave you stagnant.
Should have looked into this place before I interviewing. Everyone is incredibly rude, and terrible unprofessional. Everything they do here, and how they operate is so backwards. Not worth the commute or pay in the slightest.
I went to Alorica for an interview was through awful rain. I got a delayed email saying I was not picked. I was Very disappointed I really was interested in the position.
Toss up between prison or concentration camp. Never in my life had a job been so revolting. Way past Big Brother 1984.
Awful call center not worth working. Very low pay, micromanaged. Horribly unprofessional. Benefits and 401k a joke no vesting til 6 years lol will scr*w you over so don't take them seriously
This company is simply horrendous. I have been working with them for about 3 weeks. I was terminated for an issue that was never brought up to me once, and while under the guidance of not 1, not 2, but 3 trainers that should have foreseen everyone's mishaps. Especially when I had brought it to their attention numerous times. I would rate this company a fat zero. The training is inadequate, unorganized, and unprofessional.
