I lived in alpata village for almost two years never had any problems the landlord means business always keeps the property nice and clean. I would definitely recommend living here very quiet place to live. It’s not like having a landlord that is respectful and understanding. I loved my experience at alpata village.

I stayed here for about 5 months. Landlord is very welcoming and helpful. The mobile home was renovated prior to moving in and was done very nicely. Quite friendly neighborhood and safe! I would definitely recommend staying here short or long term I would stay again if given the opportunity.

Good landlords, needed the porch fixed and they got on it done ASAP! Definitely would rent from them again
