Website states they take Medicaid and Medicare but office says the do not
Alpha Dental pulled all my upper teeth to put dentures in. I have had to return more than 20 times and they still didn't get it correct. On the last visit, I finally had enough, and let them know how I felt. I was asked to leave and they sent me a letter declining any future service. I am contacting an attorney to see if I have a claim for malpractice, and I have reported tehm to the Ryan White Foundation.
Alpha dental is the best! I've been going there for years and years. Still has a lot of the same staff are like family. I've had several root canals, bridge work and then plates. They have done on my work through the years [15]. And take a lot of different insurances will highly recommend to everyone
Don’t waste your time. Inaccurate information provided regarding services and billing. Extremely rude staff. Evaluation was also not thorough and concerns seemed to be dismissed rather than professionally addressed.
