Had a PE evaluate their repair, for which we spent thousands, after their PE, Mr. Tripplet refused to document key information. Findings: improper evaluation and diagnostic, improper repair that is largely useless. If you have foundation issues, we recommend hiring a real PE, one who is not invested in particular solutions they sell, and instead properly defines the issue using engineering practices and applying knowledge of physics and hydrology.

I just had two piers placed by my garage and lifting, repairs, and grinding on my driveway. I am extremely impressed with the results. Josh, Garrett, and their crews were very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient in their work. Everything looks great. They cleaned up everything afterwards and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations! They care about their customers and the quality of their work.

The Alpha team that did my foundation work were top notch. Steven, the foreman, was very professional, straightforward and courteous. His team - Brandon, Phil and Chris, were also exceptionally professional and efficient. This team worked hard to get my home project done and they completed it in less than two days. I was assuming I'd have lots of cleanup and possible damage to my property but they did an incredible job of leaving a minimal footprint for the scope of work they performed. Their teamwork, efficiency and clear communication made me feel at ease with the process and now I have a home with a strong foundation thanks to them.

We used Alpha to inject foam to fill in any voids in the concrete slab of our sunk in living room. David was professional and answered all of our questions before the install. Both he and the installers Jordan and Josh were great and very upfront about this not being a waterproofing product. We're hoping that it will provide a barrier that along with some drainage work on our property will help solve our problem with water coming up from under the slab. Wether it helps or not remains to be seen but they were great to work with and communication throughout the process was excellent

Micah came to do our initial assessment and easily explained our issues and solutions. Our foreman, Steven, was great at communication and arrived exactly when he said he would on the day the work would be done. The crew of 3, Steven, Brandon and Phil, made sure to explain everything to me as they were working. And they left the work site clean after they were done.

Everything was seamless - from the contracting (with Robert) to the job itself (by Steven, Phil and Brandon). Highly recommend!

The work SEEMS to be done properly. It's been almost three months after work has been done, but no inspection called in. I personally call Orange county for update. Spoke with Michael Byrd. To only get excuses.not happy with them.

Amazing experience. Our foundation repair was discovered during an extremely difficult time for me and my family. Steven Crabbs & Michael Byrd were incredible. The two man team that came out to install the steel beams to reinforce our foundation was amazing! Steven and Brandon were both amazingly professional and polite. They sent pictures of all the work done so I didn't have to try and crawl under the house with a 2 year old in tow. They were also incredibly efficient and hard at work all day to get the job done in 1 day instead of the 2 it could've taken. Thank you again for your hard work!

I recently had Alpha Foundations use their concretely lifting service on my driveway and pool deck. When Collin came on for my initial consultation I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt the quote he provided was a good value. Once signing up he provided excellent communication regarding the installation. Right on time my installers Jordan and John showed up and quickly and efficiently completed the job. They did a great job of explaining the process and left everything nice and clean. Nobody wants to have to do foundation repair but I'm honestly sleeping better after seeing the quality of their work. I'd highly recommend them.
