Guy that was at the shop was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Walked in said what I wanted he pointed to what I needed, quick and easy.
Absolutely horrific customer service. Not one person working in that store knows anything, and they lied to my wife about being able to return the piece of junk cigar humidor they sold her. We returned twice to the location to try and return the UNUSED fake humidor, and both times the incompetent gentleman behind the counter rudely declined the return, and stated he didn’t know how to issue a refund.asked for a store credit and he had no clue what we were talking about. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
