Love this place, never had a problem! Rob, mark, and Shane are completely awesome! Have been coming here for 20 years for my car insurance and now house insurance.

Mark is amazing and the rest of staff is very responsive. He is quick to get on the task whatever it may be. My field of work is not easy to find insurance for and Mark went above and beyond to help me out. Anytime I need anything he is right on it and responds within an hr. I would give 10 stars if possible!

I called the insurer direct for a damage estimate after a hurricane. I didn't think it would be covered as I expected it to be below the deductible but I was advised to check anyway. Despite it being a big hurricane the inspector arrived surprisingly quickly after my call, took a lot of time to inspect, answered all my questions, was friendly and gave me quotes which were helpful due to the fact that my neighbors tree was responsible for the damage.
They can be a little difficult to get a hold of, but they are a small business and I don't doubt their sincerity. Besides, like any company, if they don't call you back or send you a bill then it's the customers responsibility to contact them, not visa versa. That's just normal for most businesses anyway. I am definitely satisfied.

Really helped me out of a bind, I usually hate buying insurance, but this was pretty fast and easy and I learned a lot about coverage, so.theres that and nice people here to deal with, I will let others know.
